Molina's Quality Improvement function oversees, plans, and implements new and existing healthcare quality improvement initiatives and education programs; ensures maintenance of programs for members in accordance with prescribed quality standards; conducts data collection, reporting and monitoring for key performance measurement activities; and provides direction and implementation of NCQA accreditation surveys and federal/state QI compliance activities.
**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**
The Program Director is a key Quality Improvement (QI) leader within the organization, empowered to advise senior management and other departments on Quality strategies and initiatives. This is an individual contributor role that leads programs/projects in one or more of the following critical QI functional areas: HEDIS Performance Measurement, which conducts data collection, reporting and monitoring for key performance measurement activities; Quality Reporting, which develops reports to meet QI requirements and oversees the use of automated software tools and processes; Clinical Quality Interventions, which develops, implements and monitors the success of QI activities; and QI Compliance, which provides the strategic direction and implementation of corporate and/or Molina plan NCQA accreditation surveys and federal and state QI Compliance activities.

**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**

Responsibilities
Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is looking for a Full-time weekend )RN position.
Flexible scheduling, but Saturday and Sunday are required.
The Home Health Weekend Registered Nurse is a field employee who:
* Performs skilled nursing visits and completes coordination of client care,
* Point of contact for all disciplines involved with providing care to patients
* Oversees the frequency of visits for the episode.
* Consults as needed with the physician and the office giving details about patient care.
* Performs accurate OASIS collection, ensuring the medication profile remains current.
* Ensuring lab values have been reported to the physician timely,
* Attends weekly case conference and monthly case manager meetings
Qualifications
Registered Nurses (RNs) must meet the following requirements:
Be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the state of employment A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred Demonstrate knowledge and skill in current nursing practice Possess a valid state driver's license and automobile liability insurance

We currently have an opening for a Transfer Care Specialist to assist Lienkaemper-Thomason Funeral Chapel in Ontario, OR and surrounding locations.
As a Transfer Care Specialist, you are most often our families' first point of contact as you transport the deceased from nursing homes, hospitals, residences, or coroner's offices to the funeral home. As funeral home representatives, you must maintain composure in challenging situations with compassion and kindness. You must be at least 21 years old, able to safely lift 100lbs, and have a valid state-issued driver's license and a clean driving record.
What You Will Do:
* Compassion & Empathy: Respectfully answer questions and direct Families to appropriate resources upon arrival and departure for transfer of the decedent
* Safe Transport: Navigate local roads and highways with varying traffic, time of day/night, and weather conditions; familiar with GPS or direction apps
* Reliability & Availability: Willing to work irregular hours as needed (on-call), including nights and weekends; filling in for funeral attendants and full-time staff shifts to drive hearse as needed
* Meticulous Attention: Ensure paperwork is completed correctly and timely per relevant laws and regulations
* Critical Thinking: Receive instructions for multiple tasks, determine the ideal order for the tasks, and complete them promptly
* Professional Demeanor: Maintain neat and presentable appearance; perform other projects and duties as needed (such as washing vehicles)
What We Require:
* Valid state-issued driver's license with a clear driving record
* Ability to lift 100lbs safely
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Composure and compassion
* Ability to follow detailed instructions and receive/apply constructive feedback with a positive attitude
* Ability to establish and maintain effective internal and external work processes
