Job Duties

• Provide assistance to the medical staff during surgical procedures to include the creation and maintenance of sterile fields for surgical procedures
• Assist in preparing patients and operating room environment for surgery

Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure smooth operation of the department/unit. Qualifications EDUCATION Bachelor?s degree required; master?s degree preferred. Six Sigma, LEAN preferred EXPERIENCE Minimum of 3 years of increasingly responsible managerial experience in a healthcare setting. Knowledge of clinical operations and project management is required. LICENSURE Valid State of Connecticut Radiologic Technologist license, CT or MRI licensure preferred SPECIAL SKILLS Demonstrated skills in successful communication, conflict resolution, delegation, operations, project management, facilities planning, and collaboration across complex healthcare settings.
