Tasks

Requirements

Must have 1 year of experience. Must have BLS, ARRT (CT) National Certification with registration in computed tomography, and state-specific licensing when required.

CT Techs should be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, bend, lean or stoop easily. CT Techs must have a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Aurora Health Care is seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Manager to lead our home health team in the Green Bay area. You will oversee the delivery of high-quality in-home patient care, manage staff performance and development, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. This leadership role requires strong communication, operational management skills, and a passion for community-based care.


Major Responsibilities:

  • Oversees clinical services and operations, reviews and assures excellent patient care is provided. Ensures clinical teams are in full compliance with appropriate local, state, federal, national accreditation body rules and regulations as well as agency policy and procedures are followed. Ensures workflow processes are timely and cost efficient.
  • Monitors results of chart audits and assures that remedial action is taken. Identifies trends in audits and communicates results to the Director.
  • Enforces high patient care standards through regular tracking and monitoring of clinical outcomes. Responsible for meeting established clinical and service quality goals.
  • Assures field supervisory visits are accurately completed according to agency policy and as necessary.
  • Monitors and assures staff productivity according to established targets on a weekly basis. Assures timely correction of charting deficiencies that impact revenue cycle for their areas.
  • Ensures appropriate staffing and assigned case loads, including provisions of multidisciplinary team coverage to meet the needs of our patients. Monitors and assures reliability of clinical assessments; tracks and remedies variances in outcomes and adverse events.
  • Ensures clinical documentation flows through the systems accurately ending in timely billing submission to payers.
  • Develops collaborative and cooperative relationships with internal and external partners, entities and other customers, physicians, as well as community organizations.
  • Assists in projecting and monitoring costs for new and established programs including staffing projections, capital expenditures, and other operational costs. Assists in management contracts for services to assure compliance with budget. Manages expenditures and staffing levels in order to meet budget goals.
  • Identifies business opportunities and community needs, and partakes in developing and implementing strategies to take advantage of these opportunities. Participates in fundraising events and activities.
  • Performs human resources responsibilities for staff which include interviewing and selection of new employees, promotions, staff development, performance evaluations, compensation changes, resolution of employee concerns, corrective actions, terminations, and overall employee morale.
  • Develops and recommends operating and capital budgets and controls expenditures within approved budget objectives.
  • Responsible for understanding and adhering to the organization's Code of Ethical Conduct and for ensuring that personal actions, and the actions of employees supervised, comply with the policies, regulations and laws applicable to the organization's business.


Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which team member practices, OR
  • Occupational Therapist license issued by the state of Illinois, OR
  • Physical Therapist license issued by the state of Illinois, OR
  • Speech-Language Pathology license issued by the state of Illinois.


Education Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, OR

Experience Required:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Oversight: Manage multiple healthcare construction projects from design through completion, ensuring schedule, budget, and quality goals are met.
  • Team Leadership: Direct and mentor project managers and support staff, cultivating a high-performing, collaborative team.
  • Preconstruction & Estimating: Oversee project estimating, subcontractor prequalification, and early design coordination.
  • Client Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, leading presentations, progress meetings, and stakeholder communications.
  • Strategic Growth: Contribute to planning efforts focused on growing the healthcare project portfolio, including process optimization and business development input.
  • Resource Planning: Coordinate labor needs, material procurement, and field support across multiple projects and teams.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to ensure consistency, efficiency, and profitability on healthcare builds.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field
  • 10–15 years of experience in commercial construction, with a strong focus on healthcare projects
  • Proven experience delivering design/build projects
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with construction management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6) is a plus
  • Willingness to travel as needed for project oversight
