The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in healthcare planning, design and coordination, and will be able to drive projects from conceptual design through to completion.
Primary Responsibilities:
* Medical Planning & Programming: Lead and collaborate in the medical planning and programming phases, working closely with healthcare providers and stakeholders to understand operational needs and translate them into functional, efficient, and compliant design solutions for healthcare facilities.
* Project Development: Work collaboratively with the project team to guide healthcare projects from Conceptual Design to Record Drawings, ensuring that each phase meets the client"s objectives and design standards.
* Design & Presentations: Prepare renderings, presentations, and design documents for client and office meetings, effectively communicating design intent and project progress.
* Project Documentation: Coordinate comprehensive project documents for all phases, including design sketches, renderings, models, graphics, sections, details, elevations, schedules, and specifications.
* Construction Administration: Support design staff with submittal reviews and collaborate with construction project managers and field staff on constructability issues during the Construction Administration phase, ensuring the design is executed accurately.
* Mentorship: Mentor and provide guidance to less experienced design staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment. Help cultivate their skills through feedback, training, and hands-on involvement in various phases of the design and construction process.

Job Requirements
Qualifications:
* Education: Bachelor"s or Master"s degree in Architecture from an accredited school.
* Experience: A minimum of 15 years of relevant professional experience, specifically in healthcare architecture.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency and understanding of regulations governing healthcare projects including but not limited to FGI, state health reviews, NFPA 101, and OSHPD.
* Travel: Ability and willingness to travel out of state for site visits, client meetings, and other project-related activities as required.
* Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal, written, and graphical communication skills for interacting with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members.
* Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
* Learning Mindset: A passion for continuous learning and staying updated with the latest trends in healthcare design and architecture.
Preferred Skills:
* Experience working on small and large-scale healthcare projects, including clinics, surgery centers, hospitals, and specialized medical facilities.
* Familiarity with healthcare codes, standards, and regulations.

Performs fertilization and pest management on trees, shrubs and lawns using spray and injection tools by performing the following duties.

+ Communicate with and educate the client regarding the diagnosis and the prescribed pest control and fertilization service with customers.

+ Drive, use, maintain and properly operate equipment (truck and sprayer).
