Focus Staff is seeking a traveling Speech Language Pathologist to Provide speech therapy services to include evaluation and treatment to pediatric patients to older adults based on diagnosed conditions.
Contract Assignment – 13 Weeks (Temporary)

Serves as central resource with regards to clinically related activities at the school site. Identifies the health care needs of students and the availability of health services/resources and plans and implements services to meet those health care needs. Reports to the Supervising Nurse.

The Student Behavioral Health Specialist will assist teams in determining the causes of students' challenging behaviors and assist school teams with the mental health referral process. The Specialist will conduct classroom-based observations and utilize multidimensional behavioral measures to collect data to aid in the design of treatment plans, progress monitor using evidence-based interventions, and highlight emotional and behavioral strengths. The Student Behavioral Health Specialist will help coordinate and manage supports provided to students in the area of behavioral and emotional health. Responsibilities shall include planning and overseeing team-building activities, implementing program policies, researching and gathering resources, and communicating with various stakeholders. This position reports to the Director of Student Behavioral Health and Well-Being.

Monitors the fidelity of implementation of mental health supports
at the school level.
Collects data and prepares reports as required by local, state, and federal agencies. Conducts appropriate referrals and liaises with school personnel, parents, and agencies as needed.
