Pre-hospital 911 and inter facility critical care transport of sick and injured patients by ambulance as needed dependent on primary base location. **Minimum Required:** Must be certified as a Nurse's Aide in both Michigan and Wisconsin or able to obtain Wisconsin CNA certification within 60 days of hire or transfer.

**EXPERIENCE**
**Minimum Required:** Must have at least 2 years of CNA experience in Home Health/Hospice, Skilled Nursing Facility, or Hospital setting. Ability to communicate effectively (verbal and written); understands Hospice philosophy; is comfortable providing care to the terminally ill; and has empathy for the needs of all patients.
