We are seeking a Registered Nurse to:
- Join a team of remarkable nurses that use compassion and teamwork to care for complex general care and intermediate care level patients on the Pulmonary and Medical IMC unit.
- Work on a 29-bed unit that incorporates safe nurse-to-patient staffing ratios to accommodate the high patient acuities and specialty patient populations cared for here. Intermediate level patients on this unit follow a 1:2 RN-to-patient ratio.
- Provide care for acutely ill patients, including those with a diagnosis of Cystic Fibrosis, pulmonary hypertension, as well as patients post lung transplant. UW Health is the #1 ranked lung transplant program in the nation and is one of only four Pulmonary Hypertension Association-accredited centers in Wisconsin.
- Be involved in cutting edge, evidence-based therapies and research studies to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and lead practice change.
- Use critical thinking skills and become an expert pulmonary medicine RN. As a nurse on this unit, you will go through certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), IMC training, and are supported to pursue specialty certification in Medical-Surgical and Progressive Care Nursing.
Education:
Preferred - Baccalaureate degree in nursing.
Work Experience:
Minimum - Six (6) months nursing experience or current participant in UW Health's Nurse Residency Program with successful completion of the Nurse Residency Orientation on unit/similar unit.
Preferred - Relevant RN Experience
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact. Current CPR/BLS Certification. ACLS required within 6 months of hire.

The Imaging Lead (Sr. Principal Scientist) works with Clinical Imaging Scientists to support clinical trial teams in the use of medical imaging in clinical trials. The Imaging Lead provides leadership on the medical and scientific aspects of the use of imaging, and oversees the work of the Clinical Imaging Scientist to ensure that timelines and deliverables are met and of high quality. The Imaging Lead leads scientific and operational initiatives, and oversees the implementation of operational improvements by Clinical Imaging Scientists. This position will work closely with the Head of Clinical Imaging, Imaging Operations Lead and Clinical Imaging Scientists to provide support internally and externally, as follows:

The salary range for this role is
$276,600.00 - $435,400.00
This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. Oconomowoc Memorial Hospital's Intensive Care Unit is a 16 bed, "blended" unit which includes medical surgical intensive care beds and intermediate care beds.
Schedule Details: This .9 FTE commits to 36 hours per week, 12 hour night shifts. Required to work every other weekend and alternating holidays. This position does have a block schedule.
What You Will Do:
The clinical nurse is a competent practitioner who integrates theoretical knowledge with clinical experience in the care of patients and families. * Provide care for acutely ill patients, including those with a diagnosis of Cystic Fibrosis, pulmonary hypertension, as well as patients post lung transplant. UW Health is the #1 ranked lung transplant program in the nation and is one of only four Pulmonary Hypertension Association-accredited centers in Wisconsin.
* Be involved in cutting edge, evidence-based therapies and research studies to improve patient outcomes.
* Participate in quality improvement initiatives and lead practice change.
* Use critical thinking skills and become an expert pulmonary medicine RN. As a nurse on this unit, you will go through certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), IMC training, and are supported to pursue specialty certification in Medical-Surgical and Progressive Care Nursing.

Education:
Preferred - Baccalaureate degree in nursing.
Work Experience:
Minimum - Six (6) months nursing experience or current participant in UW Health's Nurse Residency Program with successful completion of the Nurse Residency Orientation on unit/similar unit.
Preferred - Relevant RN Experience
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - Licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of WI or holds a license issued by a jurisdiction that has adopted the nurse licensure compact. Current CPR/BLS Certification. ACLS required within 6 months of hire.
