**Job Summary**
The Medication Assistant (MA) serves as caregiver who provides resident-centered nursing care and daily living assistance to assigned residents under the supervision of a charge nurse. Knowledge of and delivers age-appropriate care related to the physical and psychological needs of the resident as per plan of care. Provides assistance with basic health care needs including daily living activities that may include, but are not limited to, bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs, and providing psycho-social support and other personal care to assigned resident. May assist the resident in transferring, re-positioning, and walking using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment and provides range of motion and passive exercises. Completes tasks related to food preparation and dining, while creating a positive dining experience for the resident. May assist residents with meals and snacks; provide water and supplements as appropriate.
If needed, may aid providers and nursing staff members with procedures. Administers prescribed medications as delegated by a licensed nurse and within their scope of practice as defined by state regulations. Documents the outcomes related to resident care, medication administration, behavior, activity, and dietary. Communicates changing condition, medication follow-up and care related concerns/responses to the charge nurse. Collects non-invasive body fluid specimens and gathers vital signs. Provides housekeeping and laundry services to assist residents with keeping living areas clean and operational. Provides assistance and documentation with wellness and recreational programs and encourages residents to participate. May participate in departmental/organization committees and task forces as needed.
**Qualifications**
High school graduate or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred, but not required.
Minimum age of 18 preferred. Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care preferred.
Satisfactorily completes yearly department specific competency testing and maintains a record of continuing education credits for each year. A minimum of 12 hours continuing education are required annually based on state requirements. Maintains all department specific required certifications. When applicable, may need a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
North Dakota and Iowa: Require Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing. CNA certification must be maintained with the State Board of Nursing. Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Medication Aide/Assistant course once CNA certification is obtained.
Minnesota: Must have nursing assistant certification, have completed the 75-hour course and be registered with the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry. Successful completion of a state-approved Trained Medication Assistant course.
South Dakota: Must successfully complete the state approved Certified Medication Aide (CMA) course. CMA certification must be maintained with the State Board of Nursing.

Summary**
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, diagnosis, outcomes/planning, implementation and evaluation) to provide individualized nursing care to residents. An applicant for this position will perform a variety of duties in the peri-operative setting ranging from pre-op assessment, admission, and teaching - circulating duties during procedures, and phase I and phase II recovery for patients undergoing a variety of surgical procedures in GI, General, OB/GYN, Urology, and Ophthalmology. As a member of this team, you will also educate patients during scheduling, pre-operative calls, and follow up post-operative phone calls. **Job Summary**
Responsible for conducting audits and investigations of potentially fraudulent claim activity. Will plan, develop, and implement investigative processes and procedures. Conduct preliminary investigations, involving internal and external research, detailed data analyses, review of medical records, and interviews of members, providers, and other third parties. Analyzes information gathered by the investigation/audit and report findings, preparing written summaries and recommendations. Conducts investigative interviews of patients and providers as necessary.
Prepare evidence package for referral to third parties including contract holders, state insurance fraud bureaus and law enforcement agencies. Respond to subpoenas and requests for information from law enforcement agencies and State Departments of Insurance. May represent company as a witness in judicial proceedings when appropriate.
Performs special projects requiring expertise in fraud detection, data analytics, investigation, claim auditing and other areas related to Special Investigations. Completes reports of investigative findings and recommends investigative next steps. Identifies root causes of fraud, proposing internal and external corrective actions to address these root causes. Advises on investigative priorities, strategies, and techniques.
Apply laws, regulations, plan policies and guidelines, contract provisions, coding rules, coverage rules, and industry standards to information gathered during the investigation. Share expertise and promoting investigative best practices among management and staff. Educate and collaborate with various business units to raise awareness of potential concerns.
Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, along with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work on complex projects with general direction and minimal guidance.

Responsible for providing clinical administrative leadership and expertise to departments and practice operations. Previous experience in case management is required. Management, leadership, Healthcare Effectiveness Data and Information Set (HEDIS), and accreditation is preferred. Minimum of 5 years nursing experience is required.
Currently licensed with the applicable state nursing board and/or possess multistate licensure privileges as required by position (e.g. home state licensure and also Minnesota licensure) is required. Current Commission for Case Manager Certification (CCMC) is preferred or is to be obtained within 18 months of employment. Job Summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional nursing care for residents of all ages in long term care, under the supervision of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider, or physician. Counsels residents, family members and/or resident advocate, under the direction of a registered nurse, advanced practice provider or physician on prevention and treatment plans. Qualifications

Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse. Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.

If position requires IV therapy/management skills, the following is required in North Dakota: graduation from a Board approved AASPN program where IV therapy is part of the curriculum or completion of an IV Therapy course approved by the North Dakota Board of Nursing.

Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as LPN at another facility. Specific services/positions may have additional education, training or experience requirements.

Currently holds an unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license with State Nursing board and/or possess multi-state licensure privileges.
