The G60/61 units include 25 patient beds. Some of the most common procedures performed by our nursing staff include bronchoscopy, endoscopy, emergent intubations, and central line placements. * Perform hourly safety rounds, anticipate patient needs and respond to patient call lights promptly.
* Collect, properly label and transport specimens to proper area in timely manner.

* Complete ongoing competency requirements, education programs and mandatory training to maintain certification and/or licensure.

Summary:
Guided by knowledge of the basic principles of nursing based on the biological, physical, and psycho-social sciences, utilizes judgment supported by evidence and nursing theory in the delivery of nursing care. Formal Education Required:
a. Bachelor's of Science in Nursing (BSN)
