The Medical Director oversees participant care, ensuring high-quality clinical outcomes and leading the Quality Assurance Performance Improvement (QAPI) program. This role provides leadership in medical policy development, supervises Primary Care Providers (PCPs), and collaborates with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal care for seniors.
What You Will Do:

Lead the medical aspects of participant care and supervise medical staff.

Minimum Qualifications:

Supervisory experience required.

Current BLS certification and DEA registration.

Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.
+ Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
+ Assist with access control procedures, including verifying identification and/or credentials as required by site policies.
+ Support emergency response efforts by following established protocols and coordinating with on-site personnel and first responders as needed.

**Minimum Requirements:**
