**Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:**

+ Establishes and maintains effective relationships with patients, care givers, and/or their legal representatives, IDT members, PCPs, other collaborating physicians/providers, and facility staff when applicable

**Required Qualifications:**

+ Certification through the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP), or the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)

**What You'll Do:**
+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies within a healthcare location.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, assisting with emergency response activities as needed.
+ Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the healthcare facility and perimeter to help to deter unwanted activity and promote a secure environment.
+ Monitor entrances, exits, and sensitive areas, reporting any unusual conditions or security-related concerns to the appropriate personnel.
+ Maintain detailed and accurate records of daily activities, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and client protocols.
+ Collaborate with healthcare staff and visitors to address questions or concerns regarding security-related matters in a professional and courteous manner.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
