PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Responsible for directing the Radiation Protection Technicians in implementing decontamination, instrumentation, planning and scheduling, procedures, training, radiation exposure control, and rad waste programs in support of Operation and Maintenance activities in the plant. Ensures compliance with applicable regulatory and state requirements. Interfaces with Plant Staff and the regulators on matters related to implementation of the Radiation Protection program.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Responsible for the daily supervision, monitoring, and coaching of employees to ensure productive workforce in compliance with company policies, procedures, and maintaining employee relations in accordance with the collective bargaining agreement or other employee policies.
  • Responsible for the day-to-day management of the functional Radiation Protection (RP) program to ensure that work is getting completed in a timely manner and that the nuclear workers' exposure is being maintained As Low as Reasonably Achievable (ALARA).
  • Ensure effective communication of company programs, announcements, policies, etc. to assigned employees and feedback to the company from assigned employees
  • Directly supervise the Laborers/Radiation Protection Technicians (RPTs) who perform routine plant cleaning and equipment and tool decontamination. This includes management of hiring, training, and overseeing work in the field.
  • Accountable for managing the performance of the station in the areas of plant contaminated square footage and personnel contamination events.
  • Develop and deliver oral and written communications effective for all audiences.
  • All other job assignments and/or duties pursuant to company policy or as directed by management to include but not limited to: (Emergency Response duties and/or coverage, Department duty coverage and/or call out, and positions outside of department in support of outage activities etc.)

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree with 5 years of applied Radiation Protection experience OR
  • Current or previous Senior Reactor Operator license with 5 years of applied Radiation Protection experience OR
  • Associate's degree with 7 years of applied  Radiation Protection experience

  • High school diploma/GED with 9 years of applied Radiation Protection experience

  • Provide coaching and training to school administrators, teachers, and staff on mental health issues, and protocols.

  • Participates in team meetings including but not limited to: Administrative School Meetings, ESS Town Hall meetings, ESS Supervision Meetings, and Treatment Team meetings.
Administrative Responsibilities:
  • Submits Clinical Documentation in a timely manner, aligned with the electronic medical record.
  • Maintains current professional license and adheres to ethical standards in accordance with the governing board.
  • Consistently attends work on scheduled day and time, in professional attire and with a professional demeanor.
  • Participates in learning opportunities provided by ESS, such as Supervision Groups, and treatment planning, that will advance knowledge of clinical interventions and skills throughout the school year.
Qualifications:
  • Must have 2+ years of experience treating children and/or adolescents with significant behavioral and emotional challenges.
  • Must hold a clinical license in social work (LSW/LCSW), counseling (LCPC/LPC) or marriage and family therapy (ALMFT/LMFT) in the state the services will be provided in.
  • Familiar with working in or collaborating with school districts is preferred.
  • Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Experience working with students and families, plus community health and social service agencies.
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using a computer.
  • Must be able to complete thorough clinical documentation.

  • American Heart Association accredited Basic Life Support (BLS/CPR) certification.
  • Completion of phlebotomy class or equivalent experience. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to type proficiently and accurately. + Coordinate the care of ill and injured workers, including return to work assessment and fit for duty evaluation from medical leaves of absence, disability, worker's compensation.
+ Engage with site and regional medical resources to support clinical activities which includes following medical triage protocols, conduct virtual screenings, follow confinement guidelines, and plan appropriate RTW per standard operating procedures.
+ Partner with Human Resources (HR) on Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA), American Disabilities Act (ADA) Interactive Process for site employees, Incident Related Drug Testing (IRDT), and Paid Parental Leave. Manage employee leave of absences and return to work cases.
+ Partner with site emergency response teams to deliver quality and timely basic and advanced life support.
+ Partner with HR and Health Safety and Environmental (HSE) and ensure occupational health aspects of local legal requirements. Ensure compliance with health aspects and medical testing requirements of TSCA, SARA, OSHA, NIOSH, P&G Medical and Industrial Health & Safety standards.
+ Conduct and/or coordinate new hire post-offer health questionnaire (POHQ) review, physicals, and medical qualification.
+ Deliver comprehensive occupational health medical monitoring and medical qualification program for P&G employees. Develop, interpret, and administer medical testing programs such as Hearing Tests, Motor Vehicle/Material Handling Equipment qualification, and Respirator Physicals which include Pulmonary Function Tests, Phlebotomy as indicated and if needed.
+ Work with third party vendors to facilitate health services programs and resources based on business needs.
+ Attain/maintain current knowledge of the site risks/hazards including chemical, biological, and physical and participate in reviews and overall risk assessments.
+ Partake in site chemical clearance and change management process.
+ Provide Health Coaching that optimizes the employee's health and well-being.

- Registered Nurse (RN), Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN), Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Master of Social Work (LMSW). Clinical licensure and/or certification required ONLY if required by state contract, regulation or state board licensing mandates. If licensed, license must be active and unrestricted in state of practice.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Works with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to develop a plan of care for each assigned patient from admission through discharge. Assesses members for care needs, and develops treatment plan with practitioners, providers, members and support system. Ensures quality member care is provided. **Job Summary**
Molina Healthcare Services (HCS) works with members, providers and multidisciplinary team members to assess, facilitate, plan and coordinate an integrated delivery of care across the continuum, including behavioral health and long-term care, for members with high need potential. HCS staff work to ensure that patients progress toward desired outcomes with quality care that is medically appropriate and cost-effective based on the severity of illness and the site of service.
**KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES**
+ Completes face-to-face comprehensive assessments of members per regulated timelines.
+ Facilitates comprehensive waiver enrollment and disenrollment processes.
+ Develops and implements a case management plan, including a waiver service plan, in collaboration with the member, caregiver, physician and/or other appropriate healthcare professionals and member's support network to address the member needs and goals.
+ Performs ongoing monitoring of the care plan to evaluate effectiveness, document interventions and goal achievement, and suggest changes accordingly.
+ Promotes integration of services for members including behavioral health care and long-term services and supports, home and community to enhance the continuity of care for Molina members.
+ Assesses for medical necessity and authorize all appropriate waiver services.
+ Evaluates covered benefits and advise appropriately regarding funding source.
+ Conducts face-to-face or home visits as required.
+ Facilitates interdisciplinary care team meetings for approval or denial of services and informal ICT collaboration.
+ Uses motivational interviewing and Molina clinical guideposts to educate, support and motivate change during member contacts.
+ Assesses for barriers to care, provides care coordination and assistance to member to address psycho/social, financial, and medical obstacles concerns.
+ Identifies critical incidents and develops prevention plans to assure member's health and welfare.
+ 75% local travel required.
**JOB QUALIFICATIONS**
**REQUIRED EDUCATION:**
+ Bachelor's or master's degree in a social science, psychology, gerontology, public health or social work OR any combination of education and experience that would provide an equivalent background
**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:**
+ At least 1 year of experience working with persons with disabilities/chronic conditions and Long Term Services & Supports.
+ 1-3 years in case management, disease management, managed care or medical or behavioral health settings.
**PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:**
+ 3-5 years in case management, disease management, managed care or medical or behavioral health settings.
+ 1 year experience working with population who receive waiver services
**PREFERRED LICENSE, CERTIFICATION, ASSOCIATION:**
Active and unrestricted Certified Case Manager (CCM)
Active, LSW (Licensed Social Worker) or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) in good standing
Valid driver's license with good driving record and be able to drive within applicable state or locality with reliable transportation
