Welcome to OneEighty a safe place, a source of hope and new direction. We're a private, non-profit organization dedicated to helping people in and around Wayne and Holmes counties in Ohio. We provide comprehensive addiction, domestic violence, mental health and behavioral health services and operate multiple care facilities throughout our service areas.

OneEighty is seeking to hire part-time Outpatient Counselors to provide counseling and group services in the outpatient setting for clients seeking assistance with substance abuse disorder and mental health services.

Here's what you need to be successful:
  • Master's degree or PhD in Counseling, Social Work or Psychology required. Licensed in Ohio or license eligible. Knowledge of substance abuse and addiction treatment preferred. Knowledge of the dynamics of domestic violence and sexual assault and experience working with victims/survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault preferred.
  • May not currently receive clinical services at OneEighty.
  • If in recovery must have two years of continuous sobriety.
  • Must have a valid Ohio Driver License and maintain a driving record that allows the individual to be insurable with the insurance company providing OneEighty's vehicle insurance. Local travel may be required.
  • Must be eligible for an NPI number and an Ohio Medicaid number for billing purposes.
  • Must be certified in CPR/First Aid or able to attain certification.
  • Must be trained in administering Narcan.
  • Ability to use a computer; proficiency in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel Teams, Electronic Health Record and collaboration platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral).
  • Ability to work independently and manage crises.
  • Must have verbal and written communication skills which support the ability to submit accurate documentation and effectively communicate.
  • Excellent listening skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate to people of diverse backgrounds.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of client issues and agency matters as defined by professional ethics and applicable laws.

Work Schedule: Part-time (less than 30 hours) Schedule determined at hire. Some evening hours may be required.

Immediate Supervisor: Outpatient Services Manager

Pay Range: 45,000 (prorated, based on full time position) increases dependent on education, licensure and experience.

Sign On Bonus: $3,000 (prorated) in the following payout schedule: 25% at 90 days, 25% at 6 months, 50% at 1 year.

Job Description Summary:

The Surgical Technologist and/or the Certified Surgical Technologist prepares the room and gathers supplies needed for surgical procedures; delivers instruments and supplies to the surgeon and other members of the surgical team intra operatively; may function as second assistant to the surgeon; assists in the proper decontamination of the room, supplies and instruments post operatively.

Can hold extremities. Assist with casting and splinting. Mixes medications on the sterile field once verification by a registered nurse has occurred. Assist with positioning, can fix specimens in formalin (annual competency required), assists circulator in proper care and handling of surgical specimens. Can wash and thaw grafts, can hold a stapler while surgeon fires it, can operate skin stapler for the purpose of wound approximation and can assist with the dislocation of joints if yearly competency is accomplished. Can cut suture material as directed by and under the supervision of a surgeon, Can apply ESU to clamps or forceps for hemostasis under the direct supervision of the surgeon, can assist anesthesia if yearly competency is accomplished, Can assist with patient skin prep if yearly competency is accomplished, Can change out camera and robotic instruments during endoscopic procedures under the direct supervision of the surgeon, Can manipulate the uterus during robotic cases under the direct supervision of the surgeon.

The **MyCare Ohio** health plan is to deliver high‐quality, trauma informed, culturally competent, person‐centered coordination for all members that addresses physical health, behavioral health, long term services and supports, and psychosocial needs.
The **LTSS Service Coordinator-Clinician** is responsible for working under the direction/supervision of an RN, with overall responsibility for the member's case. As required by applicable state law and contract, the Clinician contributes to the LTSS care coordination process by performing activities within the scope of licensure including, for example, assisting the responsible RN with telephonic or face-to-face assessments for the identification, evaluation, coordination and management of member's needs, including physical health, behavioral health, social services and long term services and supports.
**How you will make an impact:**
+ Assists responsible RN in identifying members for high risk complications. Obtains clinical data as directed by the responsible RN.
+ Assists the responsible RN in identifying members that would benefit from an alternative level of care or other waiver programs.
+ Provides all information collected to the responsible RN, who verifies and interprets the information, conducts additional assessments, as necessary, and develops, monitors, evaluates, and revises the member's care plan to meet the member's needs.
+ Participates in coordinating care for members with chronic illnesses, co-morbidities, and/or disabilities as directed by responsible RN, and in conjunction with the RN, member and the health care team, to ensure cost effective and efficient utilization of health benefits.
+ Decision making skills will be based upon the current needs of the member and require an understanding of disease processes and terminology and the application of clinical guidelines but do not require nursing judgment.

As part of an integral service team, our community-based therapist deliver life changing Mental and Health services to youth and their families referred by schools, healthcare providers, Family and Children Frist councils, county courts and more.

**Responsibilities**
+ Provides individual, group, and family mental health therapy, case management, transportation, and other professional services to clients served
+ Travels daily, to provide community based services to, and on behalf of, youth and families in compliance with organizational, contract, and regulatory requirements.
+ Coordinate and monitor services for the youth and family in the community mental health, medical, educational, psychological, vocational, and social services.
+ Regularly reviews and modifies youth based plans to assure consistent progress and success on written plan goals.
+ Establishes and maintains strong relationship with assigned foster parents and families of origin.
+ Assists in family reunification and/or stabilization efforts with the youth's primary family or other permanent living arrangement consistent with the youth's case plan.
+ Provides safety assessment, crisis response, and behavioral stabilization services as required to assure safety and stability for youth served
**Minimum Qualifications**
+ Master's Degree in Social Work or comparable Human Services field from an accredited institution.
+ LSW or LPC required
+ BSW with experience would be eligible for the position
+ Experience in providing both individual and family therapy
+ Experience working in direct service with youth and families strongly preferred.
+ Experience with TF-CBT preferred
+ Daily travel required with the willingness to meet clients on a flexible schedule or during non-traditional hours if needed
+ Must be comfortable providing services in the community and in client homes.
+ Capacity to effectively work with and be respectful and sensitive to persons from various cultures, socioeconomic, ethnic, religious, and racial backgrounds.
+ You have good computer and technology skills
+ Must be willing to accept other job duties as assigned
