Job Description

The Digital Lab Associate Director, Banner Ad Team Lead is part of the Digital Lab Channel Platforms & Content Optimization team and will be responsible for onboarding, training, and leading a team of banner specialists who create and route banners for Media campaign placement for HCP and Consumer use.

Responsibilities include:

* Onboard, train and lead high performing team of banner specialists who are responsible for iterative banner creation, management and oversight, confirming requirements with brand marketing, creating banners, routing through the material review process for approval, sharing project plans and project status reports, conduct status meetings, follow up / communicate with all stakeholders to ensure on-time, flawless execution.
* Support needs and delivery plans with team members to drive effective end-to-end planning and flawless banner execution.
* Manage, coach, and develop the team to:
* Learn the business for their respective therapeutic areas/brands.
* Effectively work with multiple departments and agencies throughout project development and implementation to keep projects on time and ensure all requirements are met.
* Proactively manage workload and continuously look for ways to improve banners to meet brands' objectives and goals by reviewing performance, identifying optimization opportunities, and communicating them to the marketing team.
* Develop and maintain project documents, timelines, proofing checklists, and status reports. Possess minute-by-minute knowledge of all work in progress, identify risks and ways to mitigate issues.
* Partner with cross-functional / agency teams to create processes to capture requirements, gain approvals, document metadata, and verify data elements needed to execute banners.
* Document change requests, notify the team, and understand timeline implications. Seek standardization, automation, and process improvement wherever possible to deliver on the vision for the team of faster, better, cheaper year over year.


* Prioritizing workload across team members, supporting several brands at a time, and constantly shifting gears to address current and future business needs. Ensure the team provides exemplary customer service while setting and maintaining client expectations.
* Act as the business owner of the commercial enterprise banner creation tool, a strategic capability supporting over 30 brands/indications.
* Establish, maintain, and collaborate strategic cross-functional relationships, internal/external leaders to define, execute, and optimize banner creation and processes. Cross-functional teams include Brand Marketing, Strategy, Business Technology Solutions, DL Media, Marketing Analytics & Business Insights, and Creative and Digital Agencies.
* Provide Strategic guidance and direction for the technical implementation and road map of the banner creation tool to the IT support team(s).
* Manage budget & banner tool licenses for enterprise support across AbbVie & agency partners.
* Create, own, and maintain the enterprise banner product playbook, enhancing our ways of working over time to reduce timelines and handoffs further to increase speed to market. Ensure all teams creating banners, internal and external, are following the playbook, which covers capturing/documenting requirements, banner workflow process, and ensuring we maintain high first-pass rates and socialize across the organization.
* Onboard, train and lead high performing team of banner specialists who are responsible for management and oversight of brand banners including confirming requirements with brand marketing, authoring banners, routing content through the material review process for approval, sharing project plans, and project status reports, conduct status meetings, follow up / communicate with all stakeholders to ensure on-time, flawless execution of banners.
* Ensure high-quality, on-time, and error-free implementation, testing, and QA of banners within the banner creation platform. Employ standard quality control processes and procedures throughout the entire setup process to ensure accuracy and completeness.
* Oversee and support Issue Management from identification through resolution and ensure corrective/preventative actions are implemented for banner builds, rendering, and campaign tracking.
* Participate in professional organizations and attend industry seminars and conferences to stay abreast of banner industry best practices and new technology. Provide thought leadership, recaps, and examples of how industry advancements can be applied to AbbVie.
* Prepares well-organized, clear, and concise communications and sets clear expectations. Conducts quarterly business reviews and audits with leadership.

Your Contributions Are:

  • Assures resident meals are ready and properly served by: Preparing cold cart according to daily count
  • Distinguish and serve the different dietary requirements of the meal and beverage according to the resident meal tickets, assure accuracy and appropriateness of meal including food texture, fluid consistency of beverage, appearance, portion control, taste and temperature. Able to make appropriate substitutions according to meal satisfaction standards.
  • Prepare "always available menu" as needed and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain the proper serving utensils to assure portion control.
  • Remove soiled patient trays. Assure sanitation of meal carts and food service areas.
  • Maintain Pantry area: Perform first in, first out of stock items. Accurately cover, label and date all food items. Ensure all outdated items are discarded. Accurately document food temperatures. Ensure the pantry is appropriately stocked.
  • Maintain the sanitation procedures and protocols by handwashing and food handling techniques. Clean workstation and equipment after use. Follow all other aspects of proper sanitation using SDS.
  • Maintain courteous, considerate, cooperative, and accurate communication with facility personnel, patients, and families.
  • Other duties as assigned, such as assisting kitchen staff or nursing staff to ensure meal service is timely, and residents have received the proper meal and meal type.

Physical and Sensory Requirements:

Requires mobility to stand and walk extensively during meal preparation and service. Lifting, carrying trays and boxes, up to 25lbs. Push/Pull Food Hot Boxes up to 50lbs. Bend, stoop for access to carts, food, trays, and other kitchen equipment. Manual dexterity for the use of kitchen utensils and tools. Visuals for reading menus, labels, and directions. Hearing to respond to verbal communications. Taste and Smell to assess food quality, freshness, and adherence to dietary requirements. Exposure to hot and cold temperatures.
