+ Assesses students' communication skills (e.g. articulations, fluency, voice, expressive and receptive language, etc.) for the purpose of identifying communication disorders, determining program eligibility and developing recommendations for treatment
+ Collaborates with a variety of groups and/or individuals for the purpose of communicating information, resolving issues and providing services in compliance with established guidelines
+ Coordinates meetings and processes for eligible students (e.g. testing/screening, IEPs, parent conferences, pre-referral staffing, etc.) for the purpose of presenting evaluation results, developing treatment plans, and/or providing training to parents/students/staff
+ Develops treatment plans, interventions and/or educational materials for the purpose of minimizing the adverse impact of communication disorders in compliance with regulatory requirements
+ Instructs eligible students in the use of appropriate communication technologies (e.g. hearing aids, FM systems, augmentative communication devices, etc.)
+ Maintains files and/or records (e.g. progress reports, activity logs, billing information, treatment plans, required documentation, quarterly reports, screening results, etc.)
+ Participates in meetings, workshops, and seminars (e.g. training, IEPs, team meetings, etc.)
+ Provides speech and language therapy to students for the purpose of minimizing the adverse impact of speech and language disorders on student success - Seeks appropriate in-service and professional development
+ Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
Minimum Requirements:
+ Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
+ Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
+ Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
+ Participation and completion of Amergis' Competency program when applicable
+ Current CPR if applicable
+ TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
+ Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)

**Job Summary and Qualifications**
**Cardiovascular Technician**
We are currently seeking a Cardiovascular Technician to join our team. As our Cardiovascular Technician, you will assist in cardiac catheterization, as well as vascular diagnostic and interventional procedures. You will also perform emergency procedures associated with catheterization procedure - IAB and temporary pacer insertion. You will follow established standards and practices under the direction of a credentialed invasive cardiologist or credentialed invasive radiologist.

Your tasks and responsibilities may include:
· You will demonstrate responsibility and accountability in recognizing and identifying potential and actual patient problems, collecting accurate data and participate in the patient's Place of Care in accordance with the department/unit's standards.
· You will prioritize resources to patient care and diagnostic activities based on accurate patient information and staff capabilities.
· You will demonstrate knowledge of cardiac A & P, with the specific conditions and diseases (CAD), and treatment therapies for the specific patient populations of the Department.
· You will demonstrate knowledge and competency to perform Cath lab procedures.
· You will assist in data collection and r/t cardiovascular, respiratory, neurological, renal and peripheral vascular procedures.
· You will also document findings and reports abnormal or out-of-range results to physician.
Qualifications:
· High school or GED required
· Graduate of an accredited CVT or RCVT program preferred
· Current **ACLS** (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
· Critical thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication skills, ability to read/comprehend written instructions, ability to follow verbal instructions, PC skills

**Nuclear Medical Technologist (Nuc Med Tech) - PRN/Per Diem**
Our imaging teams are a committed, caring group of professionals. We are currently seeking a **Nuclear Medicine Technologist** to join our team on a PRN/per diem/as-needed basis. As a Nuclear Medicine Technologist at Fawcett Hospital, you will perform diagnostic and therapeutic technical procedures utilizing radiopharmaceuticals in a careful, compassionate and respectful manner.

Your tasks and responsibilities as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist may include but are not limited to:
+ Use radioactive isotopes to perform organ and body scans
+ Prepare radioactive isotopes for administration to patients in accordance with physicians' orders; May administer and record dosages as well
+ Perform diagnostic studies on patients using scanners or scintillation cameras to detect radiation emitted and to produce image of organ on photographic film
+ Position patients and adjust immobilization devices
+ Compassionately explain procedures to patients
+ Monitor, record and communicate utilizing computerized documentation (MEDITECH)
+ Assist with transporting patients as needed
**Qualifications**
+ Graduate of an accredited and AMA-approved Nuclear Medicine Technology training program
+ Clear/active Florida Department of Health licensure (CRT)
+ Minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of recent experience as a Nuclear Medicine Technologist
+ Valid ARRT (N) and/or NMTCB certification required
+ Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire; ACLS within 6 months of hire
+ Ability to perform work that requires frequent standing, bending, reaching, squatting, kneeling, moving, lifting of patients and/or equipment up to 50 lbs
