Qualifications
* Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (LPN/LVN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
* Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
* Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
* TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
* Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
* Must have reliable transportation

* Contributes to the assessment/re assessment of patients.
* Monitors and documents patient status.
* Participates in the development of the plan of care, including implementation and evaluation of appropriate patient care interventions which may include medication administration.
Reports to the department director, business office manager, or clinical manager/weekend supervisor.
This position may have additional or varied physical demand and/or respiratory fit test requirements.
