Job Details
  • Lead quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for large healthcare and commercial projects
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and subcontractor proposals to ensure full scope coverage
  • Manage hard-bid proposals and preconstruction deliverables for public and private clients
  • Interface with project managers, clients, and design teams to clarify scope and pricing assumptions
  • Support procurement, bid strategy, value engineering, and cost tracking
  • Maintain relationships with local subcontractors across Alabama and Tennessee
