The Regional Patient Navigator is a highly organized and passionate team member who will float across a designated region, supporting patients throughout their wound care journey from initial treatment through discharge and transition to home care. This non-clinical role is instrumental in ensuring continuity of care, patient satisfaction, and coordination among care teams and facilities.

This position will not provide direct patient care but will work closely with patients, family members, and facility resources to facilitate best-practice care, resolve barriers, and maintain clear communication across the continuum of services. Key Responsibilities

Essential Duties of a Nuclear Medicine Technologist :

The primary purpose of this position is to perform all aspects of nuclear imaging.
  • Educate patients on the imaging procedures, answer questions within the scope of practice, and obtain patient consent.
  • Perform IV placement and administer radiopharmaceutical injections under the direction of the Physician or other qualified medical personnel.

  • Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures, in accordance with internal and legal regulations.
  • Deliver exemplary customer service to provide a positive patient experience across the organization.

Minimum Qualifications of a Nuclear Medicine Technologist :

A typical LifeVest® patient is in the hospital awaiting discharge, and the Patient Service Representative sets up the equipment and trains the patient and caregivers on the use and care of the device. They also follow up with patients as needed to assure patient understanding and satisfaction. PSRs retain the flexibility to accept or decline assignments as their schedules dictate. Most assignments can be scheduled during free time - before/after work, and on days off.Responsibilities:Contact caregivers and family to schedule services Willingness to accept assignments which could include daytime, evenings, and/or weekends. Travel to patient's homes and health care facilities to provide services Train the patient and other caregivers of patient (if applicable) in the use of LifeVest® Program LifeVest® according to the prescribing physician's orders Measure the patient and determine correct garment size Review with patient, and have patient sign, all necessary paperwork applicable to the service.
