• Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the state of practice (Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days)
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component) - Aveanna can assist in obtaining this after hire, if necessary
• TB skin test (current within the last 12 months)
• Six months of prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Reliable transportation is a must
