Position Summary: This Recovery Specialist position is located in the CILA program working with adult clients in a group home setting. Recovery Specialist staff assist adult clients with daily living skills and providing hands on skills teaching for budgeting, meal planning, and meal preparation. A level of flexibility is required for this position and also an understanding that a set schedule is not always guaranteed.

Position Summary:
This is a direct service position in the Women's Health Services Department that provides services to Crusader prenatal patients. The prenatal case manager will be responsible for the provision of case management services, in the clinic, including assessment and treatment planning, care coordination and health promotion, transitional care, patient and family education and support, and referral linkage to social, community, and other clinically appropriate services in coordination with the provider care team.
