Education: Bachelor's Degree in Chemical, Physical, Biological or Clinical Laboratory/Medical Technology Science required

Certification & Licensures: American Society for Clinical Pathology (ASCP), National Credentialing Agency for Laboratory Personnel (NCA), American Medical Technologists (AMT), or US Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) (formerly HEW), proficiency testing, required West Virginia DHHR Clinical Laboratory Practitioner License if applicable
