The Home Health Weekend Registered Nurse is a field employee who:
* Performs skilled nursing visits and completes coordination of client care,
* Point of contact for all disciplines involved with providing care to patients

* Responsible for maintaining RN licensure.
* Responsible for initiation and implementation of comprehensive nursing care to the residents of the Healthcare Facility. May be required to provide nursing care and/or services to Independent and Assisted Living residents. Responds to or provides follow up on Emergency Calls as required.

* Monitors, observes and accurately records nursing care and services provided to the resident and the residents response to same.
