POSITION SUMMARY:
Under general supervision, the Hospital Material Handler performs a variety of duties related to the organization, storage and movement of product and materials within a warehouse, distribution or storage center. They also perform limited aspects of technical supply management related to depot, local or other supply activities. Work usually is segregated by commodity area or function, and controlled in terms of difficulty, complexity, or responsibility. Assignments usually relate to stable or standardized segments of technical supply management operations; or to functions or subjects that are narrow in scope or limited in difficulty. The work generally involves individual case problems, supply actions or equipment management. This work may require consideration of program requirements together with specific variations in or from standardized guidelines.
TYPICAL DUTIES:
1. Performs activities involved in transferring from Receiving and Warehouse staging areas to proper storage within the facility or warehouse.
2. Maintain supplies, stock, equipment and fleet to ensure proper operation and safe condition.
3. Prepare records and reports as needed using appropriate forms or spreadsheet software.
4. Investigate discrepancies and report them to management, recommending improvements to resolve issues.
5. Maintain a good working relationship with coworkers and customers.
6. Safe and proper use of products, equipment and fleet to meet quality and safety standards.
7. Performs aspects of technical supply management work including but not limited to inventory management, storage management, cataloging, and property utilization related to depot, local or other supply activities.
8. Analyze, define or recognize the complexity of problems, collect necessary data to establish facts, and take recommended action based on established guidelines.
9. Safely operate a hand-truck.
10. Transports and delivers a variety of supplies and equipment to worksite.
11. Performs other duties and special projects as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
At least one year of related work experience;
Working knowledge of the governing supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals or other established guidelines;
Ability to maintain a safe driving record;
Ability to work safely and properly use tools and equipment;
An understanding of facilities maintenance operational guidelines related to supplies;
Analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data to establish the facts, and take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines;
Ability to communicate effectively and respond to questions and requests from team, customers and others;
Effective written communication skills using appropriate business English;
Human relations skills to maintain effective working relationships with team;
Effective customer service skills;
Intermediate computer literacy including knowledge of spreadsheet, and database software.
Basic mathematical ability including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
Demonstrated customer service, problem solving and common-sense skills.
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
High School Diploma or GED
CERTIFICATES REQUIRED:
The following licenses or certificates may be required depending on local, state and/or contract requirements:
Valid Driver's License
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Employees must have the ability to perform the following physical demands for extended periods of time with or without assistance:
Maneuvering in and around the warehouse
Bending and stooping
Lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 35 pounds
Pulling or pushing up to 75 pounds
May require using a hand-truck
Climbing on and off material handling equipment
Use of mobile device and tablet
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed in a commissary, warehouse, or distribution environment with forklifts, material handling and production equipment. May be exposed to noise from equipment and depending on external weather conditions exposure to heat, cold, wind, and rain.
MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
This position requires the ability to have and maintain sufficient strength, agility and endurance to perform during stressful (physical, mental, and emotional) situations encountered on the job without compromising the employee's health and well-being or that of their coworkers or inmates.

Job Description
- Lead day-to-day management of healthcare construction projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Prepare budgets, schedules, and subcontractor scopes, and ensure timely execution of all project phases
- Conduct preconstruction meetings, handle permit logistics, and drive procurement of materials and trades
- Collaborate with superintendents to monitor site performance in safety, cost, schedule, and quality
- Negotiate and manage owner and subcontractor change orders, billings, and job cost forecasting
- Build strong client and trade partner relationships while ensuring all team members align with project goals
- Coordinate closeout including as-builts, punch lists, warranty tracking, and final documentation
- 5+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, with prior healthcare experience (including OSHPD/HCAI work)
- Proven track record leading projects from 5M+ in value
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety compliance, healthcare-specific systems, and construction laws
- Skilled in scheduling, budgeting, cost control, contract negotiation, and vendor coordination
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
- Excellent written/verbal communication, leadership, and client-facing skills
- Must reside in Stockton area or be willing to relocate

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Healthcare Remittance Cash Poster to join our hospital's finance team. The Healthcare Remittance Cash Poster will be responsible for accurately posting payments received through electronic remittance advice (ERA) and reconciling payments with outstanding accounts. The successful candidate will also work closely with other departments to ensure accurate and timely payment processing.
This is NOT a remote position.

- Accurately post payments received through electronic remittance advice (ERA) to outstanding accounts.
- Reconcile payments with outstanding balances and research and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor and maintain accurate records of payment plans and payment schedules.
- Work closely with billing and collections staff to ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
- Prepare and maintain reports of payment activity and account balances.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements related to payment processing and documentation.
- Provide guidance and support to other departments on payment processing and related issues.
- Participate in special projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in healthcare billing or payment processing.
- Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and ERA processing required.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately and efficiently process payment transactions.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to research and resolve payment discrepancies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare reimbursement and regulatory requirements preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
