Responsibilities:
As an Assistant Clinical Director, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of dedicated pediatric therapists while continuing to provide hands-on patient care. You will ensure the highest quality of therapy services, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and foster an engaging and positive clinic culture.
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring excellence in patient care and team performance.
- Lead, mentor, and support therapists and staff, fostering professional growth and teamwork.
- Provide direct therapy services to pediatric patients, specializing in PT, OT, or SLP interventions.
- Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for children.
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and company guidelines to uphold high clinical standards.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, or Speech-Language Pathology program.
- License: Active or eligible PT, OT, or SLP license in Texas.
Experience:
- Leadership experience preferred but not required—experienced clinicians ready to step into leadership are welcome!
- Strong passion for pediatrics and a desire to make a lasting impact on children's lives.

Qualifications
POSITION SUMMARY
The Mental Health Technician functions as an active part of the treatment team, providing continuous patient care, supervision, interaction, and role modeling to patients ranging in ages from adolescent through geriatrics. All MHT's work under the direction of a Registered Nurse.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant; Degree from an accredited college or university in social work, recreational therapy, or appropriate therapeutic discipline highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum one (1) year(s) of related experience, with knowledge of psychiatric patient care techniques with understanding of mental illness, preferred.
Licensure: None
Additional Requirements: Successful completion Handle with Care Training, Service Excellence Training, and CPR certification required. Certifications must be obtained during new hire orientation. MHT's may be required to work weekends, overtime, nights, and have flexible hours.

* Notify physician of significant changes in status such as difficulties with detox, medical emergency or change in medical status regarding response to medications, etc.
* Ensure nursing treatment plans are specific to assessed needs and initial treatment plan is completed upon admission.
* Demonstrate knowledge and utilization of universal precautions in providing direct patient care.
* Accurately administer medications per ordered note and document accurate count of controlled substance medication administration on required documents.
* Responsible for completing admission and discharge processed efficiently and accurately as directed.
* Exhibit therapeutic rapport with patients by maintaining professional boundaries, being respectful to personal space, giving patient direct attention and maintaining rational detachment.
* Provide direction or coordinate the activities of the unit as directed.
* Communicate therapeutically and professionally with patients, visitors, coworkers and others involved in patient treatment in an effective manner.
OTHER FUNCTIONS:
* Perform other functions and tasks as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
* Graduation from an accredited school of nursing required.
* One or more years' nursing experience within clinical area of service provided by facility preferred.
LICENSES/DESIGNATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS:
* Current RN license as required by state.
* CPR and de-escalation and restraint certification required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
* First aid may be required based on state or facility requirements.
