Direct Counsel is representing an Am Law 100 firm seeking a highly motivated Healthcare Transactions Associate Attorney to join its nationally recognized Healthcare Industry Team. Compensation:

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing knowledge of Safety and Occupational health principles, practices, standards, and abatement measures to manage an Occupational Health program; 2) Utilizing knowledge of practical engineering methods and techniques, energy trace and barrier analysis to evaluate and resolve occupational Safety and Health programs; 3) Analyzing safety design features and specification to identifying and control hazardous construction processes and equipment usage; 4) Developing command policy on wide range of safety and occupational health activities inherent to Occupational Safety and Health program.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Work Environment: Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Africa is located in a harsh environmental setting with adverse weather conditions for many months of the year (excessive heat, humidity, and rain) and working in areas populated by poisonous snakes, plants, and/or insects, and contagious diseases and poor air quality, chemical handling areas, and damp and unheated spaces. The work may require extensive work shifts of 12-16 hours a day and more than a 5 day workweek. Generally, indoor work location has power, water, heating and air conditioning, although outages should be expected. The incumbent will be required to live on the camp, where living quarters are a container living unit (CLU), which may be very cramped with the requirement to share bathroom facilities. Initial living quarters may be a tent. Fatigue may occur from long work hours and uncomfortable living conditions.
The position may be required to provide immediate contingency support requiring a physical and immunizations deemed necessary for the environment in which this support is provided.
Incumbent is entitled to 25% Post Differential pay.

As a Home Health Registered Nurse, you will:
* Provide admission, case management, and follow-up skilled nursing visits for home health patients.
* Administer on-going care and case management for each patient, provide necessary follow-up as directed by the Clinical Manager.
* Confer with physician in developing the initial plan of treatment based on physician's orders and initial patient assessment. Provide hands-on care, management and evaluation of the care plan and teaching of the patient in accordance with physician orders, under Clinical Manager's supervision. Revise plan in consultation with physician based on ongoing assessments and as required by policy/regulation.
* Coordinate appropriate care, encompassing various healthcare personnel (such as Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Home Health Aides and external providers).
* Report patient care/condition/progress to patient's physician and Clinical Manager on a continuous basis.
* Implement patient care plan in conjunction with patient and family to assist them in achieving optimal resolution of needs/problems.
* Coordinate/oversee/supervise the work of Home Health Aides, Certified Home Health Aides and Personal Care Workers and provides written personal care instructions/care plan that reflect current plan of care. Monitor the appropriate completion of documentation by home health aides/personal care workers as part of the supervisory/leadership responsibility.
* Discharge patients after consultation with the physician and Clinical Manager, preparing and completing needed clinical documentation.
* Prepare appropriate medical documentation on all patients, including any case conferences, patient contacts, medication order changes, re-certifications, progress updates, and care plan changes. Prepare visit/shift reports, updates/summarizes patient records, and confers with other health care disciplines in providing optimum patient care.

Qualifications

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Work Environment: Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Africa is located in a harsh environmental setting with adverse weather conditions for many months of the year (excessive heat, humidity, and rain) and working in areas populated by poisonous snakes, plants, and/or insects, and contagious diseases and poor air quality, chemical handling areas, and damp and unheated spaces. The work may require extensive work shifts of 12-16 hours a day and more than a 5 day workweek. Generally, indoor work location has power, water, heating and air conditioning, although outages should be expected. The incumbent will be required to live on the camp, where living quarters are a container living unit (CLU), which may be very cramped with the requirement to share bathroom facilities. Initial living quarters may be a tent. Fatigue may occur from long work hours and uncomfortable living conditions.
The position may be required to provide immediate contingency support requiring a physical and immunizations deemed necessary for the environment in which this support is provided.
Incumbent is entitled to 25% Post Differential pay.

Your Capabilities and Credentials
Successful history of collaboration and teaming with electrical contractors on Design-Build projects.
Experience in the construction industry and/or in-depth knowledge of construction processes.
Understands and implements project management principles.
Ability to manage clients, projects, fees, and teams to achieve budget, schedule, and deliverable objectives.
Ability to integrate design elements with other disciplines to deliver a coordinated design.
Strong knowledge of applicable codes and standards.
Deep understanding and knowledge of power distribution systems, lighting systems, and low voltage systems for the built environment.
Strong knowledge of healthcare teams in California including owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and facility managers operating within these markets.
Experience with HCAI/OSHPD healthcare design is a plus but not required.
Ability to apply sustainable design principles within projects.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively support technical project consultation with key clients and stakeholders.
Functional knowledge of recent versions of AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP and SKM Power Tools.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Travel is required to meet engagement/client requirements - may include regional, national, or international based on the contracted requirements.
Stantec offers flexible work schedules, but Project Managers are expected to be in the office or on-site at least two days per week.
Possess a valid driver's license.
Education and Experience
Bachelors degree in electrical engineering or related field
Minimum 5+ years related professional experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience and/or demonstrated skills.
EIT Registration or Equivalent is required
PE Registration is preferred
LEED AP Credential is preferred
Division of the State Architect (DSA) experience is preferred

Pay Range:
Locations in CO, HI, MD & Various CA, NJ Areas - Min Salary $ 97,100.00 - Max Salary $140,800.00
Locations in WA, DC & Various CA areas - Min Salary 104,200.00 - Max Salary 151,000.00
Pay Transparency: In compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. Please note, the final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. At Stantec certain roles are bonus eligible.
