**Job Description**
The Director of US Market Access Insights & Analytics is responsible for delivering accurate and timely market and customer insights, performance tracking, forecasting, and incentive compensation planning to support the US Health Systems team in developing and executing their strategy. Reporting to the Senior Director of US Commercial Integrated Insights, this is a critical insights leadership role that will work closely with the US Health Systems team and broader US Commercial leadership team to enable data driven decision-making and operational excellence in support of CAR-T market expansion. The US Health Systems team at Kite is accountable for supporting market access strategy and execution, including pricing, contracting, reimbursement, patient operations, and Authorized Treatment Center expansion. This is a player-coach role, leading a team of 1-2 direct reports while also delivering projects independently. Internally known as a Director of Marketing Sciences, the successful candidate will have significant experience in oncology/rare disease market access insights and strategy, with a proven track record of delivering actionable insights to shape market access in the US.
This role can be based out of Kite's Santa Monica, CA Headquarters (Santa Monica, CA - our preference) or Gilead's Headquarters (Foster City, CA) with relocation provided
Responsibilities of the Director of US Market Access Insights, Analytics & Operations include:
Insights, Analytics, & Operations:
+ Collaborating with US Health Systems leadership to establish an annual insights, analytics, and field operations plan
+ Leveraging data and analytics to develop deep insights into what is driving the business to inform market access strategy
+ Act as a strategic advisor to the US Health Systems Team in developing KPIs for performance tracking, assess and advise on the impact of key HS strategies
+ Developing and executing primary and secondary insights and analytics deliverables
+ Guiding the development of insights and analytics projects to inform strategic planning, including customer and account segmentation, customer buying process and treatment flow analytics, patient access analytics, and account opportunity sizing.
+ Lead the development and implementation of performance reporting and diagnostics capabilities for Health Systems, including the design and implementation of HQ and field-facing dashboards and reports
+ Evaluating and integrating potential new secondary data sources and analytics methodologies to elevate the impact of business analytics continually
+ Overseeing the development and implementation of field incentive compensation plans and programs for US Health Systems
+ Collaborating with Sales Analytics, Integrated Product Insights, Forecasting, Competitive Intelligence and Advanced Analytics to ensure "single-source of truth" on market and customer insights.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Prior experience growing a team, defining new roles, and facilitating effective implementation is highly desired

+ Deep understanding of biotech/pharma market trends and best practices to enable forward-looking plans
+ Demonstrated history of working and delivering on multiple projects simultaneously, with tight deadlines and changing priorities

The salary range for this position is:
Other US Locations: $205,615.00 - $66,090.00.
Bay Area: 226,185.00 - 292,710.00.

The CT Technologist I includes technologists who are at an entry level or have minimum experience performing CT scans that are generally non-complex in nature and under supervision may assist with some complex exams as required. Primary Duties and Responsibilities
+ Performs CT exams utilizing approved procedures and protocols per standards of practice for speed, organization, precision and accuracy based upon the department's accrediting agency and/or department guidelines for exam protocols, adhering to department productivity standards. + Per the CT technologist's scope of practice and in accordance with institutional and departmental policies and procedures, receives and transcribes verbal orders from licensed independent practitioners.
+ Preview all CT images and monitors for accuracy and prepares/sends images to designated viewing systems. Perform section specific imaging QC using established technical factors and image identification.
+ Ensures room supply inventory meets activity requirements.

+ Adheres to the medication management/disposal guidelines, to include receiving, stocking, and holding the medication container provided by the Licensed Independent Practitioner (LIP) to enable the LIP to withdraw medication. Discards the container once it is empty.
+ Prepares and administers CT medications and follows hospital guidelines in handling of medications to comply with all medication safety requirements.
+ Inputs accurate and timely documentation in all applicable electronic medical records systems. Responsible for weekend and begin and/or end of shift duties as applicable to shift assignment.
+ Operates, calibrates and maintains imaging equipment and accessory instruments used in exams. Recognizes and reports defective equipment immediately to supervisor or TIC.
+ Participates in performance improvement activities and other department/organizational committees, such as The Joint Commission, turn around time (TAT) projects, and customer service.
+ Provides patient and family education, specific to age and demographic population as appropriate.

The Anesthesia Technician identifies specific needs of the patient and anesthesia care provider in relation to anesthesia supplies needed prior, during and after surgical intervention under the direct supervision of the anesthesiologist. **What you'll be doing in this role:**

+ Checks all resuscitative equipment prior to the beginning of the first surgery of the day. Reports malfunctioning or missing equipment to the Director of Anesthesia and the Director of Perioperative Services immediately.
+ Checks all equipment and agents to be used in the administration of the anesthesia to ensure safe working order. Reports all malfunctioning equipment to the Director of Anesthesia and the Director of Perioperative Services immediately.
+ Applies aseptic techniques in daily work assignments. Performs general cleaning of department surface areas, racks, shelves, storage cabinets and all storage areas.
+ Responsible for surgical data entry in the OR Surgical Data Management System.
+ Responsible for assisting with the cleaning and processing of surgical instrumentation on an as needed basis during levels of high surgical productivity.

+ Case Management - Completing intake assessments, second and third trimester reassessments, and Postpartum assessments for patients. Providing education, appropriate referrals, and ensure linkage.
+ Health Education Delivery & Development - Deliver maternal and child health information to prenatal and postpartum patients, coordinate and implement health education sessions and other health education presentations, and oversee and manage perinatal health education resources.
+ Community Outreach - Provide information about the Clinic to community members and serve as a liaison between the Clinic and the community.
+ Administration - Monitor and evaluate targeted intervention practices, contract requirements, and submit complete patient encounter forms in a timely fashion. Coordinate and manage health education services tracking and submit monthly reports to the Health Education Services Supervisor.
+ Travel between clinics and community organizations to conduct health education programs, presentation, services, outreach, and other related activities.
+ Participate in meetings and projects, create reports, and perform other duties as assigned by management.
Salary offers are determined based on various factors including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, and equity. The full salary range for this position is $31.51 - $2.64 hourly. The budgeted salary range that the University reasonably expects to pay for this position is about 31.51 - 35.00 Hourly.
Qualifications
Required:
+ Working knowledge of health education issues and programs including nutrition, lifestyle and behavioral issues.
+ Bilingual English and Spanish language skills.
+ Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships, and work effectively as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
+ Excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of people of various educational and socio-economic backgrounds.
+ Excellent organizational skills and proficiency in using Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Access.
+ Ability to travel between clinics and community organizations to conduct health education programs, presentation, services and outreach.
+ Ability to function efficiently and independently, and to plan and prioritize daily work activities to meet clinic goals and objectives.
Strongly Preferred:
+ Bachelor's degree in Health (or a related field) with two years of experience providing health education services in a public health or primary health care organization OR seven years of experience with prenatal services.
