The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $96,300 to $76,500. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 115,500 to 200,600. Summary:
In this role, you will serve as the lead project manager for the onboarding and ongoing account management of Excelerate members.You will be responsible for driving sustainable cost savings through alignment to the Excelerate portfolio and leveraging Vizient clinical tools/solutions to address unwarranted variations.
Responsibilities:
Lead the implementation process to identify the appropriate subject matter experts for customer training, integration, savings opportunities, and problem resolution.

Drive strategic collaboration with service line consultants and Vizient Spend Management to present unified, value-driven opportunities to clients.

Qualifications:

As our Facilities Maintenance Manager , you'll be responsible for the overall upkeep and safety of our building, grounds, and equipment. This hands-on role is ideal for someone who loves solving problems, staying ahead of wear and tear, and taking pride in a job well done.

Typical Daily Tasks Include:
- Performing routine maintenance on building systems
- Troubleshooting and repairing electrical , plumbing , and HVAC issues
- Maintaining records of service and repair work

- Responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff and leadership

Maintenance Director: officially we title this job a Maintenance Director, but in other centers it may be called a Handyman, Building Maintenance Assistant or Facilities / Property Maintenance Manager.
What we need from you:
- Ideally seeking entry level management candidates. You will be considered a part of our leadership team, but will not have any direct reports.
- Experienced with IDPH survey requirements is preferred, but not required
- You should have hands-on commercial experience with minor Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC repair and servicing needs
- This is an older building. You should be familiar with (and able to repair) equipment, such as: PTAC units, and Fire Alarms (systems), drains, leaks and minor electrical issues
- Must have excellent communication skills, written & verbal, to be able to interact with our employees and residents in the facility
- You should be comfortable working near/around medical patients
- Must have a valid driver's license, good driving record and vehicle for work errands
- PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: This is a physically demanding position that will involve frequently lifting and carrying objects of 50+ pounds.

- Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
- Documents the patient’s plan of care using identified nursing diagnoses, expected patient outcomes, and selected nursing interventions.
- Performs interventions according to identified priorities, plan of care, and the hospital policies and patient care outcome standard.
- Revises the plan of care according to evaluation, changes in medical plan of care, and effective/ineffective nursing interventions.
- Uses clinical judgment in evaluation activities to meet patient care needs of an assigned unit/floor including establishing priorities.
- Other Registered Nurse (RN) duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) License for the state in which the nurse practices.
- Current Health Certificate (per facility Registered Nurse (RN) contract or state regulation).
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS card.
- One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) experience preferred.
