- Instead of RVU or volume metrics, our physicians are measured and rewarded on quality of care (most physicians earn $50,000, paid semi-annually)
- Start with 160 hours PTO in first year, plus 5 days for CME, plus 9 holidays (the clinics are closed for 8 national holidays plus you receive one floating holiday)

The salary range for this role is $229,5 0 to 378,000 annually based on full-time employment. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. - Records data with 100% accuracy in all opportunities.

- Records session documentation in 100% of sessions.
- Discusses clinical observations and session patterns with case supervisor(s) when present.
- Travels to home and other community settings, as required, to deliver services.

Minimum Education:
- High School Diploma or an Associate's degree from an accredited college or university in one of the following disciplines: early childhood education, nursing, psychology or related field; bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
- The equivalent of two years of college coursework at an accredited college or university, with a concentration in early childhood education, nursing, social work, psychology or related field experience.
Minimum Experience:
- One year of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician
