We're offering an up to $6,000 sign-on bonus and up to a $,000 relocation bonus!
For Cardiovascular: 2.50/hr additional augmentation after completion of orientation (typically 12 weeks)
As a Surgical Technologist, you will efficiently perform the functions of a scrub person during surgical procedures delivering patient care services served during the shift of duty in collaboration with the RN. You will also be collaborating to carry out the standards of
nursing practice and patient care, accurate use of supplies/equipment and maintenance of the surgical suite under the direction of an RN.

1. **Patient Treatment Management**
+ Continuously acts in the best interest of the patient under departmental guidelines
+ Verifies correct patient prior to each procedure
+ Delivers precise and efficient ionizing radiation treatment to the patient as prescribed by the radiation oncologist and established practices and policies of the department.
+ Prepares and educates patients and families for simulation and treatment

+ Performs and delivers TBI treatments per therapy protocol.
1. **Performs other duties** including Performance Goals developed by manager and employee and reported in the employee's Performance Review as part of M Health Fairview Performance Management tools.
