What You Bring
- 5+ years of commercial estimating experience; healthcare or hospital project experience preferred
- Experience with hard bid processes and familiarity with public bidding requirements
- Strong knowledge of local subcontractor markets in Alabama and/or Tennessee
- Proven ability to manage complex estimates for projects $0M and above
- Working knowledge of estimating software, takeoff platforms, and cost tracking tools

- Support procurement, bid strategy, value engineering, and cost tracking
- Maintain relationships with local subcontractors across Alabama and Tennessee
