**What You'll Do:**
+ Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Monitor and control access to the healthcare location, verifying identification and credentials of individuals entering the premises.
+ Assist with visitor management by following site-specific procedures for admitting guests, contractors, and vendors.
+ Provide customer service by addressing inquiries and guiding individuals within the location as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established protocols.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious activity.
+ Document and report any security-related incidents, observations, or concerns according to company and client protocols.
+ Support emergency response activities as directed, including assisting with evacuations and/or lockdowns when appropriate.
+ Collaborate with healthcare staff and other personnel to maintain a secure environment for employees, patients, and visitors.

**Minimum Requirements:**
+ CPR certification is preferred.
+ A valid Security Professional Guard Card or license is preferred.
