**Contract Duration:** 89 Weeks

**Job Description:**
We are seeking experienced ICU Nurses to join our team in a Health Ventricular Intensive Care Unit (HVICU) setting. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for dedicated professionals with a passion for patient care and a strong background in critical care environments.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an HVICU setting.
- Assist with advanced procedures including Swans and A-lines.
- Support patient recovery post-cardiac surgery.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, making timely and accurate decisions as necessary.

**Qualifications:**
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an HVICU setting.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
- Current certifications: BCLS, BLS/CPR, and CCRT.
- Ability to work every third weekend.
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care.

**Additional Information:**
