What You Bring
- 5+ years of commercial estimating experience; healthcare or hospital project experience preferred
- Experience with hard bid processes and familiarity with public bidding requirements
- Strong knowledge of local subcontractor markets in Alabama and/or Tennessee

- Working knowledge of estimating software, takeoff platforms, and cost tracking tools

+ Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
+ Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
+ Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
+ Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
**Responsibilities:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and/or emergency response activities as needed.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter. Working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
