Overview

Under the direction of a Registered Nurse (RN), the Health Care Technician (HCT) functions as a support to the licensed nursing staff and performs activities related to the personal care and hygiene needs of an assigned patient group. Facilitates communication with other departments, visitors, patients, medical staff and employees. Serves as a public relations liaison for the unit. Works under the direct supervision of the nursing manager.
Qualifications

The HCT in Training will participate in a total of 8 weeks of training in preparation for work as a Carle Healthcare Technician. Will attend class and clinical session for six weeks. Train alongside Carle Healthcare Technician for two weeks to practice on the job skills. Successfully transition to HCT position in inpatient setting.

This is a full-time, work-from-home position. The candidate must be located in the central Illinois or the Champaign, IL area due to regular local travel for in-person patient appointments. You can expect to travel 200 miles or 4 hours round trip throughout central Illinois.

As a Field Case Manager, you will work closely with treating physicians/providers, employers, customers, legal representatives, and the injured/disabled person to create and implement a treatment plan that returns the injured/disabled person back to work appropriately, ensure appropriate and cost-effective healthcare services, achievement of maximum medical recovery and return to an optimal level of work and functioning. In this role, you will:

• Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and competency in the application of case management standards of practice.
• Use advanced knowledge of types of injury, medications, comorbidities, treatment options, treatment alternatives, and knowledge of job duties to advise on a treatment plan.
• Interview disabled persons to assess overall recovery, including whether injuries or conditions are occupational or non-occupational.
• Collaborate with treating physicians/providers and utilize available resources to help create and implement treatment plans tailored to an individual patient.
• Work with employers and physicians to modify job duties where practical to facilitate early return to work.
• Evaluate and modify case goals based on injured/disabled person's improvement and treatment effectiveness.
• Independently manage workload, including prioritizing cases and deciding how best to manage cases effectively.
• Complete other duties, such as attend injured worker's appointments when appropriate, prepare status updates for submittal to customers, and other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred. Workers' compensation-related experience preferred.
• Skills: Ability to advocate recommendations effectively with physicians/providers, employers, and customers. Ability to work independently. Knowledge of basic computer skills including Excel, Word, and Outlook Email. Proficient grammar, sentence structure, and written communication skills.

Position Summary:

Directly supervise clients with substance use disorders. Act as charge staff on duty during specified shifts. Provide continuity of program services in an ethical, legal and moral manner within a safe and therapeutic environment, consistent with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards. Participate as a team member in the delivery of substance use disorder treatment services to clients and their families and to facilitate the issues of recovery into their daily living situations.

Qualifications/Basic Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED. Bachelor or Master degree in psychology, social work, human services or related field preferred.
• Illinois Certified Addiction Counselor (CADC), or licensed in Illinois as a LSW or LPC, or higher which supersedes the CADC, within 2 years of employment in addiction services.
• Computer proficiency required.
• Ability to navigate and document in electronic healthcare records required.
• Ability to accurately complete required documentation within the time frames
• Skilled in behavioral management techniques

Essential Responsibilities:

5. Assist scheduled staff with any behavioral occurrences.
6. Act as point person for communication with on-call counselor.

8. Provide staff mentoring and feedback.
9. Supervise and manage the behavior of the clients and provide appropriate behavioral interventions and consequences.
10. Implement therapeutic activities.
11. Facilitate didactic and peer group counseling.
12. Utilize the 12 core functions of counseling with assigned groups and clients.
13. Coordinate and supervise client recreational activities.
14. Monitor assigned clients by consulting with the addiction counselors in developing and implementing the individual treatment plan and scheduling individual sessions to assist the clients with AA step work and treatment plan objectives.
15. Ensure that client service records are maintained consistent with rules and regulations.
16. Develop and present all client lectures listed on the client lecture schedule.
17. Observe, monitor and record group dynamics.
18. Facilitate focal group discussion sessions.
19. Consult with the members of the treatment team and plan daily therapeutic direction for designated shift.
20. Read all logs and obtain pertinent information from staff of previous shifts, counselors, teachers, etc.

The Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC), as part of the care team, triages and provides short-term interventions to children, adolescents and their caregivers with medical and behavioral health needs within the pediatric setting. **Sage Sales Representative**
As a Sage Sales Representative at Stryker, you will be at the forefront of promoting and selling our Sage products. You will drive the sale of innovative products that are designed to address preventable never-events, while maximizing efficiency and profitability for healthcare facilities. Your role will involve building and maintaining strong customer relationships, addressing inquiries, negotiating pricing, and managing orders seamlessly. By staying informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory shifts, you'll position Stryker's products effectively in the marketplace. **What you will do**
+ Continue experience in sales or clinical setting.
+ Achieve your assigned quota by building and maintaining a working relationship with key influencers in accounts, distributor contacts and end-users for continued defense of your base of business.
+ Become the resident Sage expert as you work with a sophisticated audience of clinical specialists, nurses, educators and administrators. Your knowledge not only of your own products, but of competitors' offerings, builds credibility with your customers.
+ Focus on customer satisfaction by demonstrating teamwork and empowerment, solving problems through a consultative approach, operating with honesty and integrity and providing a highly responsive and unsurpassed level of customer service.
+ Drive protocol and process improvement by partnering with your customers to enhance outcomes and deliver clinical and financial improvements.
+ Establish yourself as a consultant to your customer by bringing a high level of clinical knowledge and overall healthcare insights.
+ Have knowledge of marketing, market research, new product development, new product introduction, Profit and Loss (P&L) management, and field testing.
**What you need**

+ 5+ years of professional experience
+ Valid driver license in the state of residence and a good driving record.
