The pay range for this role is:

What You'll Do At Monteith
You will work to ensure a safe and quality project to deliver an exceptional building for our clients. Below, you will find some of the duties that you will perform:

- Oversee On-Site Operations : Manage daily site activities, ensuring that all work aligns with project plans, specifications, and safety standards in active hospital settings.
- Coordinate with Trader Partners and Teams : Schedule and oversee trades and project teams to ensure efficient workflow and resolve any conflicts or delays.
- Ensure Safety : Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing safety protocols, conducting regular safety meetings, and ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards (including familiarity with Infection Control standards, interim life safety measures, and noise and dust control procedures).
- Monitor Quality and Progress : Conduct quality control inspections, monitor construction progress, and address any issues to ensure the project meets high standards of workmanship.
- Communication : Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, providing updates to project managers, clients, and other stakeholders to keep them informed of progress, challenges, and milestones.
- Field Experience in Commercial Construction : Extensive hands-on experience managing all phases of commercial construction projects, such as office buildings, healthcare facilities, and schools.
- Project Scheduling and Coordination : Proven ability to develop and manage project schedules, coordinate trade partners, and optimize site logistics for smooth, efficient progress.
- Safety Management : In-depth knowledge of OSHA standards and a strong track record of enforcing safety protocols to maintain a safe and compliant job site.
- Quality Control and Inspections : Experience in overseeing quality assurance, conducting inspections, and ensuring that all work meets industry standards and project specifications.
- Stakeholder Communication : Skilled in communicating with clients, project managers, trades, and team members to address issues, provide updates, and maintain strong working relationships.
- Technology : Proficiency with Procore to manage documents and plans, familiarity with Microsoft Project or Primavera P6, Microsoft Office Suite, and use of Bluebeam are strongly preferred.

Advance Community Health is staffing for a new CDL Mobile Healthcare Unit Driver. In this role you will be responsible for safely operating and maintaining a mobile medical vehicle, transporting healthcare staff to various locations across the greater Triangle area. and potentially patients to designated locations, and ensuring the unit is properly equipped and maintained for service delivery. This role also involves assisting with patient care and administrative tasks as needed.

Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds to assist with setting up and breaking down mobile events (i.e., tents, table, chairs, and other equipment. The role involves standing, walking, and physical activity for extended periods.

- Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections, ensuring the unit is safe and operational.
- Maintain the vehicle's cleanliness and ensure adequate fuel, water, and other supplies are on board.
- Coordinate with maintenance staff for routine servicing and repairs.
- Report any mechanical issues or incidents to the appropriate supervisor.
- Assist patients on and off the mobile unit.
- Assist with patient flow and administrative tasks, such as greeting patients and facilitating registration.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace within the unit.
- Assist with setting up and breaking down the mobile unit at different locations (i.e., tents, tables, chairs, and other equipment).
- Maintain accurate records of vehicle maintenance, mileage, and fuel consumption.
- Participate in training and meetings as required.
- May be involved in inventory management of supplies.
- Identify and report any unsafe conditions or hazards at job sites and/or event locations.
- May be asked to assist with other tasks to support the mobile unit's operations.
- Minimum of High school Diploma or GED.
- A valid Commercial Driver's License (Class B).
- Clean driving record required.
- Must have a minimum of 6 months recent qualified CDL-B driving experience to apply.
- Represent the company professionally while interacting with clients and the public.
