* You will resolve technical matters dealing with occupational safety and health requirements using safety and occupational health laws, regulations, principles, theories, practices, and procedures.

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Utilizing knowledge of Safety and Occupational health principles, practices, standards, and abatement measures to manage an Occupational Health program; 2) Utilizing knowledge of practical engineering methods and techniques, energy trace and barrier analysis to evaluate and resolve occupational Safety and Health programs; 3) Analyzing safety design features and specification to identifying and control hazardous construction processes and equipment usage; 4) Developing command policy on wide range of safety and occupational health activities inherent to Occupational Safety and Health program.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:
Work Environment: Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti, Africa is located in a harsh environmental setting with adverse weather conditions for many months of the year (excessive heat, humidity, and rain) and working in areas populated by poisonous snakes, plants, and/or insects, and contagious diseases and poor air quality, chemical handling areas, and damp and unheated spaces. The work may require extensive work shifts of 12-16 hours a day and more than a 5 day workweek. Generally, indoor work location has power, water, heating and air conditioning, although outages should be expected. The incumbent will be required to live on the camp, where living quarters are a container living unit (CLU), which may be very cramped with the requirement to share bathroom facilities. Initial living quarters may be a tent. Fatigue may occur from long work hours and uncomfortable living conditions.
The position may be required to provide immediate contingency support requiring a physical and immunizations deemed necessary for the environment in which this support is provided.
Incumbent is entitled to 25% Post Differential pay.

- Carrying a caseload to meet set billable services, including:
- Providing a minimum of 100 billable hours a month
- Ensuring that 85% of clinical direct services are provided monthly with few or no cancellations

- Managing a caseload to meet clinical quality standards, including:
- Manage a minimum of 980 hours
- Individualizing Client program development across skill levels, moderate to severe problem behaviors, and service delivery settings
- Monitoring Client progress, conducting ongoing assessment, and making data-driven adjustments to the treatment plan as needed
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of Client progress, interventions, and outcomes
- Consulting with case Provider on behavior treatment plans, recommendations, and transition plans prior to adjusting
- Providing feedback to supervisor regarding instructors on each case
- Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans based on findings
- Collaborating with other professionals to coordinate care and ensure support to Clients
- Supervising a team of behavior technicians, including:
- Providing ongoing training, guidance, and support
- Providing formal performance evaluations with respect to following program procedures, administrative tasks (timesheet submission, etc.) direct therapy, and parent training skills
- Providing clinical consultation that includes behavior plans and programming to clinical staff
- Completing reports for behavioral health treatment plans for the caseload, including:

Job Summary And PurposeOversee clinical and casework services performed by the multi-disciplinary case management team. Primary clinical advisor to the Program Manager for the assigned unit.
Duties And Responsibilities- Supervises the designated licensed and/or registered therapists, case workers and other clinical staff
- Implements and communicates clinical employee performance standards in accordance with the organization policy and procedures and DMC-ODS Waiver, Title XXII and CARF standards
- Ensures that the program approach is trauma-informed and strength-based by monitoring and participating in activities and by maintaining emotional and physical safety of the staff and clients.
- Meets regularly with multi-disciplinary case management team to review services provided to clients, ensuring the quality of care and adherence to VOALA procedures and State policy and regulations
- Reviews case records for accuracy, consistency, and conformity with laws, regulations and policies and for quality of clinical case management and application of proper clinical case management techniques
- Create and work within a team environment to ensure all Program staff are knowledgeable and familiar with contract expectations, case management and supervisorial expectations and ensure all staff are delivering high quality care
- Conducts unit staff meetings to interpret and discuss new policies, procedures and regulations, and to discuss need for improvement of clinical case management techniques
- Participates in and conducts in-service training programs and staff development activities
- Provide quality assurance of documentation and ensuring that case managers' monthly contacts assist the agency with meeting its billing goals
- Co-sign all notes of non-clinical/non licensed employees within the relevant database system or other internal noting system
- Other tasks as may be assigned by the Program Manager
- Oversee clinical case management services, ensure adherence to VOALA, State and Program policy, regulations and law
- Reviews case records, ensures accuracy and compliance with VOALA and ODR policy, regulations and law
- Builds case management team, and supporting staff to ensure high quality care
- Conducts regular staff meetings to discuss and implement best practices
- Conducts in-service training of staff, clinical and non-clinical
- Other duties as required and may be subject to change
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be able to pass a fingerprint clearance, background check, including criminal history, personal references, employment and education verifications
EDUCATION:
- Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling from fully-accredited college or university.
- Licensed by the state of California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Psychologist, or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor. (LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC)
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 3 years of complex clinical experience in program(s) serving homelessness, addictions, under-served populations or prison re-entry/diversion
- Proven leadership qualities.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Supervisory experience in re-entry services or related social services field.
- Experienced providing services to those who are recovering or dually-diagnosed,

Intercare Therapy provides evidence-based behavioral therapies that help children overcome challenges related to autism spectrum disorders. Our mission is to optimize the independence and quality of life of our clients and their families. The Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) provides the clinical knowledge, leadership, feedback, insights and instructions to promote the success of each assigned client case.
Under your supervision, you ensure that:
- Your assigned client families experience a consistent high quality clinical practice, impactful client progress and customer satisfaction with Intercare services. Your provision of direct services to clients will include FBAs, direct oversight of assigned client cases as well as consultation on or coverage of certain cases assigned to other Clinical Supervisors (BCBA).
- Your assigned clinical team experiences high quality professional development and success in their roles, as appropriate for their level of experience and stage in professional development. You will provide oversight, feedback, mentoring and encouragement to produce trained and professional Program Managers and Interventionists and optimize their success.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Maintain minimum billable hours of an average of 5 hours/workday (25 hours per week/ 110 hours per month).
- Supervise your Program Manager team to ensure minimum billable of 28 hours per week (120 hours per month).
- Provide quality clinical supervision in accordance with BACB standards to ensure treatment integrity and quality assurance across clients, settings and funding sources to include: direct observation and protocol modification, as needed.
- Conduct developmental skills assessments, such as (not limited to) the ABLLS-R, AFLS, and/or VB-MAPP, in order to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of individualized client treatment recommendations and objectives.
- Provide supervision and complete documentation in accordance with BACB standards for RBT's, BCaBA's and BCBA candidates, as needed
- Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments, including Functional Analyses, in order to develop function-based treatments.
- Provide accurate assessment of skills and direct feedback through completion of Performance Management metrics to other clinical team members (i.e., all Behavior Interventionist and Program Supervisors/Managers).
- Provide training, as needed, to teachers, technicians, parents, and/or others utilizing Behavior Skills Training (BST): discussion, modeling, practice and feedback.
- If applicable, attend Individualized Education Plan (IEP) and/or other interdisciplinary team meetings and, when appropriate, present proposed goals and objectives, behavioral interventions, and possible modifications/adaptations.
- If applicable, collaborate with school personnel by conducting student observations, providing written programming and/or behavioral recommendations, implementing training as necessary, and providing regular follow-up support, as authorized.
