About the Opportunity
We are seeking an energetic HR Shared Services Assistant with an ownership attitude to support the Human Resources Department. Responsibilities include preparing correspondence, processing employment transactions in Workday, maintaining and auditing personnel files, data entry, providing human resources-related customer service, training field resources and reps on systems and other processes, scanning documents, organizing information, and other HR clerical functions as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
- Experience in providing HR Services support across multiple HR functions in a helpful and timely manner when it comes to employee life cycle, benefits, sick time/leave of absence requests, records administrations, employee relations, analyzing data, and HR projects
- Experience with HR Systems of record and ticketing management system
- Experience in resolving inquiries from employees on HR processes
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple assignment sin a fast- paced environment
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not essential
- A highly organized and detail-oriented individual
- Must possess a high degree of initiative and view no task as too large or too small

Job Summary
Maintain, troubleshoot and test plumbing systems, including backflow prevention devices.
Assemble, install and repair pumps, pipes, fittings, and fixtures.
Cut, thread and weld pipes
Assemble and install valves, pipe fittings and pipes composed of a variety of metals and materials.
Estimate cost, time and materials for plumbing projects.
Participate in the maintenance and operations of a plumbing shop including maintaining and servicing tools and equipment used in the performance of duties and maintaining a safe and clean work environment.
Education and Experience
Any combination of progressively responsible training and experience which demonstrates achievement of journey-level skills equivalent to that acquired through completion of a standard plumbers apprenticeship program.
Anticipated Hiring Range:$34.60 - $6.72 per hour
Classification Range: 34.60 - 50.41 per hour
