What we're Looking For

  • Compassionate, Reliable Caregivers: Our clients depend on us, so we need caregivers who are dependable, punctual, and ready to provide exceptional care. Your compassionate nature and reliability are key to building trust and making a positive impact in our clients' lives.
  • CPR Certification & TB Test: You must be CPR certified or willing to obtain certification prior to starting. An up-to-date TB test is also required, or you must be willing to acquire one before beginning work.
  • Experience is a Plus: While prior experience in home care is a bonus, it's not required. We provide the training and support you need to excel in this rewarding field.

Job Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience(Preferred)
  • Flexible schedule availability
  • Ability to manage and organize clients' routines effectively
  • Ability to assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation and running errands

Job Details:

  • Providing immobile, recovering, or frail clients with support, company, and comfort.
  • Reporting changes in the physical, mental, and emotional conditions of clients to relevant parties.
  • Providing support with personal hygiene, including bathroom visits, bathing, dressing, and brushing teeth.
  • Engaging clients in suitable activities, such as playing games, taking walks, or having conversations.
  • Performing basic housekeeping duties, including cleaning, laundry, and preparing meals.
  • Assisting clients with household finances, bills, and payments, as well as running errands.
  • Accompanying clients on outings and arranging transportation to medical appointments.
  • Providing mobility support, including assistance with walking aids and wheelchairs.
  • Maintaining a hygienic, tidy, and safe environment.

Pay Rate: $14 - $15 Hourly

Key Considerations:

  • Safety: Always ensure that transfers are done safely, with proper technique, to avoid injury to both the client and the caregiver.
  • Dignity: Respect the client's dignity during personal care activities, including bathing and brief changes.
  • Communication: Keep an open line of communication with the client to understand their comfort level and any changes in their needs.
