Our Talent Acquisition team is currently seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to play a pivotal role in talent acquisition for ATS and its affiliated companies, overseeing the recruitment process for positions within one of our business segments. This encompasses sourcing, screening, assessing, and effectively marketing candidates to managers for roles in an industrial services business within the testing, inspection, certification, and compliance (TICC) industry. The position involves executing robust recruiting strategies, creating talent pipelines to address critical hiring requirements, and actively sourcing both passive and active candidates for opportunities within the company. The Talent Acquisition Partner will focus on high-touch relationship management with both business leaders and candidates. Customer focus, responsiveness, and problem solving are critical for success in this role. Responsibilities: Manage the full life cycle of recruitment and candidate experience including candidate selection, first & final round interviews, offer decision & offer extension to ensure a positive candidate experience is delivered. Act as a consultant and advisor for hiring managers, set expectations for the recruitment process and communicate roadblocks or issues in a timely, professional, and responsive manner. Engage with HR Business Partner(s) to create and implement strategies, proactively address challenges, and align with strategic talent decisions Schedule and conduct interviews with potential hires via email, phone, video, or in person. Ensure an impressive candidate experience through thorough communication & timely feedback Create and implement processes for interviewer preparedness and effective interview format. Develop, implement, and drive strategies to recruit qualified talent in a highly competitive market. Understand the industry and geographical competitive landscape to influence & shape future recruiting strategies. Post attractive job descriptions to online job boards and circulate them via other channels, such as email or social media as necessary. Manage applicant tracking in Paycom (our recruitment software platform), review all applicant records and disposition candidates in a timely manner. Perform additional duties as assigned, including recruiting for roles in other business segments as needed Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in human resources or similar. A minimum of 3 years' experience in recruitment with a strong understanding of the recruitment process and high levels of engagement with hiring managers/business leaders Experience in industrial services businesses and/or the TICC industry strongly preferred Highly engaging with excellent interpersonal communication skills. Job Type Full-time Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist's primary objective is to support the planning, implementation and maintenance of talent acquisition. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will support the sourcing, prescreening, scheduling and overall process of moving a candidate to offer letter status. They will work closely with the Talent Acquisition recruiters and hiring managers. In this role, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will ensure cross-training and support to the HR on-boarding team and complete other administrative duties as assigned. PRIMARY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Assist in the implementation of programs that aim to attract, measure, develop and manage Accuity's talent pool Support the Talent Acquisition team on all open positions, assisting in the maintenance and updating of candidate systems and processes which include but are not limited to: Applicant tracking system(s), Pipeline trackers and Interview scheduling tools such as Microsoft office. **NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS**

+ Must be extremely organized and self-motivated.
+ Ability to plan and manage multiple activities to accomplish desired results.
