Your key responsibilities
A Services Manager in FSO EDGE Private will be responsible for delivering and managing tax compliance and consulting work for clients. As a Real Estate Tax Manager, we will look to you to apply your knowledge to a wide range of tax areas and processes, devising strategic outcomes to some very complex issues. **Your key responsibilities**
There isn't an average day for a Real Estate Tax Manager - so you're likely to spend your time on a diverse array of tax consulting and compliance projects, responsibilities, and tasks. Whatever you're working on, our clients will turn to you for up-to-the-minute tax advice they can always rely on. To make that happen, you'll be working in a highly collaborative culture, where listening to and sharing information with colleagues is an essential part of the role.

**To qualify for the role you must have**
+ A bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or a related discipline.
+ CPA required, or be a member of a state bar.
+ CPA required for advancement
+ A minimum of 4 years relevant experience.
+ Professional knowledge in a broad range of real estate tax technical and transaction skills, including partnership taxation, REITs taxation and qualification, partnership allocations, tax compliance, due diligence, acquisition/disposition planning and structuring.
+ Experience managing budgets, people and projects.
+ A proven record of excellence in a professional services or tax organization.
+ Technical writing and research experience in a tax context
+ The ability to prioritize when working on multiple complex projects.
+ Strong influencing skills, and the confidence to question existing processes.
+ Willingness to travel as needed, and working in a balanced hybrid environment

+ We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $116,200 to $12,900. The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is 139,400 to 242,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
