**SUMMARY**
Hulu's Marketing team is seeking an Associate Manager, Paid Media who will be an exceptional addition to our Subscriber Acquisition team. You will be responsible for helping to build, strategize and execute go-to-market media plans and creative strategy across a number of growth initiatives. The right person for this role is passionate not only for media and TV, but also growing our subscriber base. The individual in this role finds success in collaborative environments, and enjoys working with both internal and external partners and stakeholders to deliver results.
**RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOU'LL DO**
+ Assist Subscriber Acquisition media strategy team with all aspects of planning including: budget management, development of media plans, establishing and evaluating KPIs/benchmarks, and monitoring and assessing performance
+ Leverage Hulu's MMM, campaign reporting, consumer insights and other data inputs (including audience insights, viewership trends, competitive intel, etc.) to help build strong go-to-market recommendations
+ Support Creative Strategy team to build campaign support calendars, develop creative briefs, brainstorm new executions, partner with campaign managers, and lead legal approvals/routing on behalf of the team
+ Support asset trafficking, taxonomy and day-to-day campaign management across core acquisition marketing channels (including Affiliate, Devices, Digital Direct, Programmatic, Social, Search and YouTube)
+ Manage team budgets and own end-to-end billing and reconciliation processes, including requesting POs, uploading monthly invoices and leading monthly budget actualization process
+ Stay up-to-date with media and industry trends, potential new channels and partners, and key attribution and data/privacy updates
+ Support key executive reporting by pulling daily and weekly data across Hulu key metrics, including acquisition, top content viewed, engagement, etc.
**WHAT TO BRING**
+ 3+ years digital media planning experience

+ An understanding of acquisition strategy and direct-to-consumer and/or subscription-based businesses

The hiring range for this position in Los Angeles, CA is $95,500 to $128,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.

**What You Will Do**
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
+ Supporting Assistants with production grids, project tracking, calendar invites, checking and tracking calls/voicemails, video conference setups and general daily administrative tasks.
+ Supporting the Coordinator in various administrative tasks and project tracking.
+ Reading scripts, writing coverage and engaging in/consuming and tracking various forms of media that could be of interest to the development team, including but not limited to podcasts, television series, movies, novels, comic books, web series, social media personalities, etc.
+ Distribution of various documents and media internally.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**
+ Proven skills utilizing Google Suite and MS Office Suite, including Google Drive, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
+ Previous internship experience within a related field.
+ An interest in scripted television and hunger to learn about television.
+ Strong attention to detail.

Hulu is seeking a dynamic Associate Manager, Ad Operations to join the Hulu Marketing team. As a part of the Ad Operations team, you will be responsible for supporting campaigns end-to-end, distributing audiences, implementing tags and new pixels, and maintaining proper reporting/measurement across paid and owned campaigns.This role supports numerous high profile campaigns and requires extraordinary technical and organizational skills. **Primary Responsibilities:**
+ Manage Hulu's day-to-day Marketing Technology platform operations, including configuration, permissions, data feeds, integrations, etc.
+ Manage Hulu's site tag library and pixel implementation across media channels. Frequently audit and review tags for accuracy and sound data collection.
+ Collaborate cross-functionally to enable new use cases and integrations to support business KPIs driving acquisition, viewership, and subscriber engagement and retention
+ Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Science and Analytics to vet and implement solutions, collaborating to build and secure leadership approval on joint roadmaps
+ Trouble-shoot discrepancies and breakage to resolve implementation issues

**Basic Qualifications:**
