The Customer Service Representative (CSR) is responsible for interacting with all customers, maintaining a friendly, positive, authentic, empathetic, and professional approach, to deliver a consistent Five-Star Customer Service Experience. The CSR reports to the Store Manager, in partnership with the Operations Supervisor/Manager. The CSR supports the welcome desk, cash wrap, systems/processes, inventory management, and daily routines to ensure the store is foundationally excellent and that the customer has an exceptional shopping experience.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Welcome all customers with genuine, and friendly enthusiasm over the phone, virtual chats and in person, communicate clearly and concisely by adapting your style to suit the customers by problem solving, excellent phone skills and resolving conflict.
  • Use all systems to manage the customer flow to deliver Five-Star Customer Service experience.
  • Maintain all service vows which include Being Prepared, Welcoming, ability to Meet the Needs & Be There for all customers, including all operational checklist task and meeting customers emotional and practical needs.
  • Responsible for providing an exceptional service experience to multiple customers at one time and contribute to the store achievement of Five-Star Customer Service.
  • Proactively address customer concerns with confidence. Know when to escalate and partner with leadership team.
  • Communicate how alterations can play an important role in perfecting the dress for her event in partnership with Alterations.
  • Promote all alteration services and personalization options.
  • Maintain store-standards to support a flawless shopping experience.
  • Maintain a high standard of dress to meet the Dress Code policy.
  • Respond promptly to all customer questions providing product and service information.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships to meet and exceed customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Engage in the inventory management procedures by processing orders, receiving, and ensuring first quality standards for all merchandise.
  • Support all cash wrap behaviors and processes transactions with accuracy to make every customer feels celebrated.
  • Assist with all sales promotions and visual updates.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Physical Demands :

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally required to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods of time; reach for tools and objects with hands and arms; climb stairs; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk to and hear customers . The employee must occasionally lift to 25 pounds. The employee must be able to see up close and at a distance, as well as use peripheral vision and depth perception, and be able to look at, read, and use a computer, electronic devices, and phones for long periods of time.

• Involved in various project activities like o Requirement Gathering and Gap Fit Analysiso Solution Design and configurationso Experience in Integrations with other enterprise systems like ERP, LOB on premise and online systems o Experience in integrations with MS Outlook, SharePoint, O365 Administration and AD Synchronizationo Data Migration using Scribe/SSIS or similar tools
• Should have worked on extending dynamics CRM by plugins, custom workflow activities and web resources.
• Should have a good understanding of CRM security model
• Should have experience in creating OOB CRM and Custom/SSRS reports for CRM.
• Hands on Experience in configuring, customizing MS Dynamics CRM, CRM Web API and JavaScript (OData/REST).
• Extremely good understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online/Dynamics 365 product (Entities, Workflows and configuration)
• Exposure to Dynamics CRM technical aspects esp. Java-scripting, Installation
• Extremely sound in Dynamics CRM Entities , workflows , configurations , customization development , integrations development.
• Sound in core .NET technology and SSRS
• Proficient on CRM Functional areas in Sales Force Automation, Marketing automation and Service management functionality.

Responsibilities & Qualifications

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage, plan, and implement Active Directory (AD) in an enterprise network environment.

  • Modify the AD schema and manage both the physical and logical architecture of AD.

  • Design, implement, and manage AD Sites, Subnets, Domains, Trusts, and Organizational Units (OUs).

  • Monitor and troubleshoot AD replication issues; prepare and implement a Domain Controller strategy.

  • Perform and document AD backup, restore, and disaster recovery processes.

  • Design and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) for configuration, security, and user environment management.

  • Optimize and secure Group Policies, including administrative templates and environment configuration.

  • Ensure domain-level and domain controller-level security compliance using DoD security checklists and directives.

  • Administer cloud-based AD services such as Microsoft 365, Azure Active Directory, Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS), AD Connect, and Amazon Active Directory Connector.

  • Support system automation using Microsoft PowerShell for AD administration.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

  • Seven (7) years of progressive experience in:

  • Microsoft Windows Server 2008 R2 or newer

  • Microsoft Active Directory 2016 or newer

  • Microsoft 365 (M365) and Azure AD

  • Microsoft Exchange 2010 or newer

  • Experience must include participation in at least five technical projects, with one project within the past three (3) years.

  • Minimum two (2) years of experience with Microsoft PowerShell for AD automation and management.

Certifications

  • DoD 8570 IAT Level II Baseline Certification

  • COMPTIA Security+ CE

  • Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)

  • COMPTIA Cybersecurity Analyst (CySA+)

EY's National Tax Department (NTD) serves high-profile, national and multinational clients, providing a range of domestic and international transactional tax planning services and tax-related advisory services. Our Tax Accounting and Risk Advisory Services (TARAS) practice operates within the NTD, and assists companies with all aspects of their financial reporting for income taxes including tax accounting, tax provision procedures, and controls design and testing. The TARAS practice is an established practice that has been serving the complex and global tax reporting needs of companies for approximately ten years. **Your key responsibilities**
As a Seasonal Manager, you'll provide clients with tax guidance and consulting related to tax accounting and planning (internal restructurings, acquisitions, dispositions, carve-out financial statements, GAAP conversions from US GAAP to IFRS or IFRS to US GAAP, share based compensation, financial statement restatements and balance sheet remediation of tax accounts). You'll also assist companies with all aspects of their preparation of the tax provision. In addition, you'll also have the opportunity review of the tax provision process to improve efficiency and accuracy and enhance the control environment and assessing tax risk and control environments inclusive of and beyond the boundaries of Sarbanes-Oxley Section 404.

**To qualify for the role you must have**

+ Minimum of 5 years of work experience in professional services, tax organization, law firm, or IRS
+ Broad understanding and experience with federal income taxation
+ Strong analytical skills, written/verbal communication skills, interpersonal; problem-solving ability and attention to detail
**Ideally, you'll also have**
Strong ASC 740 and/or IAS 12 experience as well as experience in corporate tax planning and compliance; Relevant tax experience or equivalent experience in business or industry with a broad exposure to federal income taxation
