· Inspects the property for potential issues or hazards pertaining to utilities/building systems (heating, wiring, plumbing), common areas, maintenance, protections, and life safety, etc. Take 20-35 exterior/interior photos. Take measurements with a measuring wheel or with online tools as needed.

· Communicates inspection status through online application.
· Completes the inspection report on the web-based Loss Control 360 system with Rapid Sketch. Returns the completed report electronically (the reports consist of check-off questions, narrative, and digital photos).

Positions and illustrates alternative ways of creating the real value of IRM's total solution offerings for customers through assessing their problems or opportunities and highlighting IRM's areas of strength, competitive pricing, customer satisfaction and competitive advantages with net new accounts. Actively participates in marketing campaign initiatives in demand and field program execution.
To increase the net new revenue stream, builds customer relationships through strategic conversations to understand organizational business objectives and goals, key customer decision maker(s) to structure partnership strategy as it relates to customer requirements (service level expectations, training of IM solutions, FBR structure/timetable). Ensures frequent communication to enable superior customer satisfaction and to keep customer educated on emerging industry trends related to customer's organizational information management needs. Employs appropriate methods of persuasion when soliciting agreement.
Continuously prospects to develop net new customers, as well as which include expanding existing relationships and products of assigned accounts. Maintains a consistent 'pipeline' the enables meeting and exceeding quota attainment. Activities to support pipeline and account activity include, managing timely detailed responses to RFP's, tracking activity in SFDC, forecasting, conducting competitive research and knowledge of IRM product offerings.
Responsible for final account profitability through leading negotiation process and ensuring an acceptable on time outcome from a pricing, profitability, liability, operational, and SLA perspective for accounts to meet and exceed quota attainment. Responsible for identifying, selling and closing new areas of opportunity, securing resources and driving sales process to assist in scoping and pricing for special projects within net new and assigned accounts.
The representative will work to partner with the customer on renewals and work through any RFP process by identifying gaps in current contract in place and understanding customer needs in order to successfully renew the contract, partnering with other Iron Mountain departments as necessary. Negotiate pricing and SLA as appropriate to drive customer retention strategy. May be required to perform customer needs and service analysis, make recommendations on appropriate pricing structure and contract requirements, communicate pricing programs, and contribute to RFP responses.
Activity within industry associations in the market to increase IM awareness, through attending tradeshows, reviewing whitepapers and keep current within market trends.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
+ Candidates must have a strong background and knowledge of strategic account management, sales process and solution selling
+ Minimum of five years of direct sales experience in the services based industry or equivalent
+ Must have the proven ability to translate the customer need(s) into solution requirements through creating powerful value propositions and negotiation skills
+ Have the ability to influence and negotiate through proven sales skills and needs identification by aligning unique insights to key customer priorities
+ Must exhibit excellent written, oral and presentation skills through power messaging
+ Encompasses strong interpersonal, planning, analytical skills and business acumen for effective decision making
+ Candidates should be able to make business decisions and think in broad terms, considering the impact to the entire company

The National Insurance Sales Leader will lead and execute a national sales strategy for Huntington Insurance for the Employee Benefits line of business. Duties and Responsibilities:
+ Sales Strategy Development: Create and implement a national sales strategy to deliver line of business growth objectives. This requires a deep understanding of market trends, carrier capacity, as well as managing a high-performance sales team and establishing a go-to market strategy for Huntington Insurance.
+ Planning and Objectives: Responsible for the development and execution of the annual sales plan; to include achievement of targeted growth and profitability for the line of business, marketing initiatives, pipeline management and reporting, sales forecasting, sales analysis, and performance tracking.
+ Performance Monitoring: Supports the Sr. Managing Director in conjunction with the Insurance Sales Leader to prepare for monthly forecast calls and business reviews. Partners with operations to establish sales reporting and dashboards.
+ Customer Segmentation & Personalization: Utilize demographic and behavioral data for prospects and existing bank customers to develop a customer segmentation strategy. Work with sales enablement to align customer acquisition strategies and sales collateral to specific customer profiles. Develop outreach programs to be executed consistently across the sales team based on the data.
+ Agency Expansion: Identify growth opportunities, enhance customer acquisition strategies, identify current and future target industries, build vertical sales plays, and implement products and solutions to meet customer needs and deepen relationships.
+ Optimizing Sales Team Performance:
+ Provides advice and guidance to drive the sales process.
+ Oversees in partnership with the Insurance Sales Leader(s), the OCR referrals are assigned to the most appropriate colleagues. Assist in facilitating the transfer with the
+ Insurance Sales Leader(s) when the underlying activity is not sufficient.
+ Identifies and recruits high caliber sales professionals and key strategic roles within Huntington Insurance
+ Leads in conjunction with Insurance Sales Leaders, succession and growth planning on producer roles as well as talent pipeline.
+ Leads, coaches and mentor's direct reports and others on the sales process.
+ Works with Sales Enablement on Insurance Sales Playbook to set business development expectations and routines.
+ Assists in the design of Incentive Compensation Plans to attract and reward high performing sales professionals. Serves as the escalation point to resolve any conflicts between producers if the Insurance Sales Leader(s) require support.
+ Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Provides high visibility and participation nationally and creates an environment for deepening internal and external COI's by assigning the right sales colleagues to the right segments. Develops relationships with key clients and partners to expand growth opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:
