As a Property Field Claims Adjuster, your primary objective will be to deliver exceptional claim handling services for our clients, addressing various daily claim scenarios that may involve multiple perils.
Contract Requirements:
- Receive a contract within 24 hours of accepting your first claim assignment with Alacrity, detailing pay and other important information. A completed contract is mandatory for payment processing.
Skills & Requirements:
- Reside within 50-100 miles of the assigned area and be open to travel.
- Possess a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property field adjusting.
- Hold an independent adjusting license in your home state, or a designated home state license for those in non-licensing states.
- Preferably have experience in handling claims related to wind, hail, theft, fire, water losses, and other perils.
- Must have reliable transport, a computer, a digital camera, a ladder, and other necessary tools to effectively perform adjuster duties.
- Be physically capable of climbing roofs as part of your inspections.
Technology Requirements:

Working Conditions:
This role demands significant travel within your designated area based on assignment locations. The ability to operate a vehicle for up to 8 hours daily, including entering and exiting the vehicle repeatedly, is essential. Flexibility to work during catastrophic loss events and willingness to travel overnight is preferred.
