The successful candidate will work closely with the selected suppliers from initial product review to product qualification, and validation to successful product release and sustaining support and work on implementing new technological features .

+ Work with Suppliers selected to develop and specify Oracle requirements.
+ Conducting detailed concept and design reviews of the selected SSDs.
+ Assist in development of critical to quality criteria.
+ Defining and implementing test and validation criteria for the subsystem and its components in all System configurations, applications and workloads.
+ Ensuring compliance with Environmental and EMC Requirements and supporting such tests at System and Rack levels.
+ Responsible for working with Suppliers to analyze and resolve all technical issues with a disciplined root cause and corrective action process with a strong sense of urgency and ownership.
+ Support Operations Engineering with quality criteria, issues resolution and expert technical support.
+ Communicate clearly and participate and provide excellent status in Program level management meetings and ensure that all action items are closed in a timely fashion.

You will also collaborate closely with Test Engineering, Value Engineering, and Industrial Design groups to integrate cross-functional feedback into the Storage system's design intent. In addition, you will work closely with internal Operation/Manufacturing Engineering groups and External Manufacturers to resolve all issues that may arise in manufacturability process, and provide technical support as required in the transfer to production. Prior experience and a proven track record of successful deployment of Storage systems is a plus. Past experience in SSD technical support or design is a plus also.

**Responsibilities**
**Engineering Requirements:**
The candidate at minimum must have a BS Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with at least 5 years of direct hands-on experience in a related high-tech industry with the following specific requirements:
+ Engineering experience with SSD design of tests and qualification of SSD, Host Bus Adaptors, PCIe bus and overall Subsystem is required.
Knowledge of NVMe, SAS, SATA, SES, PCIe protocols, Open Cloud Computing (OCP) Specifications and good understanding of transport layers and signal integrity compliance testing and issue resolution is desirable. Knowledge of SCSI is a plus.
Able to find the proper specification necessary for the task at hand and understand the contents.
Ability to write, review and edit test scripts, test automation tools. Script language knowledge and experience of Bash, SH, KSH, Python required. Other script languages such as Tcl/Tk and Expect is a plus. C/C++ and use of Diagnostic tools are also desirable. Ability and knowledge to parse outputs from various software is desired. In depth knowledge of tools like grep, awk, sed, and regular expressions. Good working knowledge of Linux is required. Must have the ability to install and configure Linux to deploy test systems.
+ Understanding of SSD validation tests process that may include, Environmental Test Engineering (ETE), Vibration and thermal testing & characterization. Familiarity with Electromagnetic Compliance (EMI/EMC) is a plus.

+ Working within the Avnet Centralized Support organization, the Avnet Marvell Applications Engineer will act as the technical lead for Marvell's switching, PHY, and processor SoC products, with a focus on the hardware aspects required to successfully use those products. Highmark is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Software Engineer with a strong focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud to lead the design, development, implementation, support, and optimization of complex software solutions. This role requires collaborating closely with business and program stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and efficient solutions within the Payer and Provider space.
Responsibilities include delivering solutions for Salesforce Marketing Cloud projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices; gathering and translating business requirements into technical specifications; providing expertise on Salesforce capabilities and best practices; designing and input to architecture for end-to-end solutions considering scalability, performance, security, and maintainability; collaborating with cross-functional teams for seamless integration; conducting code reviews and providing technical guidance; identifying and resolving technical issues; staying current with Salesforce trends; and presenting/vetting designs with the Salesforce.com architecture team and enterprise review board.
The ideal candidate will leverage business and technology knowledge to influence business processes and systems, mentor less experienced team members, and potentially lead special projects. The successful candidate will identify and implement products/solutions that build upon existing Salesforce investments, adhere to standards and best practices, align with enterprise architecture, and optimize cost savings.
**ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ The job is responsible for designing and creating engineering specifications for software applications and programs.
+ Responsible for designing & writing code that adheres to coding standards. Perform code reviews.
+ Responsible for idea generation, exploring and implementing appropriate technical solutions to achieve the required product features, as well as monitoring technical process against project plan while safeguarding functionality, scalability and performance.
+ A part of an agile work team and responsible for participating in all scrum ceremonies, assisting in sprint planning and completing required sprints in the development through final execution of software applications/programs. Communicate any issues/blockers to the Scrum Master in a timely manner.
+ Drive story creation (i.e. DoD, Acceptance Criteria, estimation). Creates Tasks for their stories in applicable software (ex: RTC or Jira), and updates status and assignment accordingly.
+ Monitor work against production schedule and provide progress updates and report any issues or technical difficulties to lead developers on a regular basis.
