**Job Description Summary**
The Capital Markets Financial Analysis ("CMFA") Hub Manager is a CMFA subject matter expert responsible for the day-to-day management of the CMFA Hub's delivery of financial analysis on behalf of Cushman & Wakefield's Investment Sales brokerage services including industrial, retail, and office property types. In this role, the CMFA Hub Manager provides oversight on the execution of financial analysis requests by providing direction, conducting quality control reviews, and lending subject matter expertise. **Essential Duties**
+ Deliver strategic insights and recommendations to broker/broker teams based on analysis findings; refine analyses by providing subject matter expertise on market, property, or commercial real estate conditions and trends in effort to equip brokers with value-add insights and high-quality analysis deliverables, contributing to driving successful transaction completion
+ Collaborate with broker and leadership stakeholders, and other support teams, to ensure the CMFA Hub delivers an exceptional broker experience, balances team member workloads, and effectively collaborates with all business partners in service delivery, ensuring satisfactory broker experience ratings
+ Monitors, tracks, and observes process and production behaviors, identifying opportunities where additional training support may be required and/or delivers insights/solutions to resolve productivity issues?

**Other Requirements & Administrative Duties**
+ Bachelor's Degree (Business, Finance, Real Estate, Accounting,Economics, etc.) strongly preferred, Masters, MBA

+ 7+years of financial analysis and underwritingmodeling experience (3+ in Commercial Real Estate required)

FP&A support will cover the Long Range Plan, Annual planning cycle, monthly estimates, and other special projects. Qualifications

- Experience with Operational Planning, including Sales Profitability Planning, Workforce Planning

The Center is a 900-employee, $130 million nonprofit that accomplishes its vision through three pillars of work: creating and scaling operating programs to test new ideas and solve problems, performing original research to determine what works (and what doesn't), and providing expert assistance and policy guidance to justice reformers around the world.
Operating Programs
The Center's operating programs, including the award-winning Red Hook Community Justice Center and Midtown Community Justice Center, test new ideas, solve difficult problems, and attempt to achieve systemic change within the justice system. Policy & Expert Assistance
The Center provides hands-on, planning and implementation assistance to a wide range of jurisdictions in areas of reform such as problem-solving courts (e.g., community courts, treatment courts, domestic violence courts), tribal justice, reducing incarceration and the use of fines/fees and reducing crime and violence. Our current expert assistance takes many forms, including help with analyzing data, strategic planning and consultation, policy guidance, and hosting site visits to its operating programs in the New York City area.

A dedicated support team within the Center ensures the smooth functioning of operations across various domains, including finance, legal, technology, human resources, fundraising, real estate, and communications. Comprising 15% of the organization's staff, these teams provide essential infrastructure support and innovative solutions aligned with the Center's mission and values.
THE OPPORTUNITY
The Center is seeking an experienced Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis to join the Finance team to assist with the financial planning and budget management for the organization. Reporting to the Director of Financial Planning & Analysis, the Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis will support the director in managing the Center's Financial Planning & Analysis team with preparation of the organizational budget and reporting while adhering to strict grant management compliance.
The candidate should be someone with experience working in the nonprofit financial field, has high energy and curiosity about the Center's work and a talent for translating financial concepts to non-financial staff. The candidate should have strong interpersonal communications skills, a strong aptitude for data, financial analysis, and technology.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Manage a portfolio of project grants, budgets, revenue, expenditures, and contract compliance;
- Supervise team of Budget Analysts;
- Assist with relationship management and reporting to government agencies, private funders, and other outside stakeholders;
- Provide financial review and approval of revenue and expense contracts;
- Review monthly, quarterly, and annual close and identify adjusting journal entries as needed;
- Review and approval of vendor invoices, expense reports, and corporate card reconciliations;
- Assist with internal financial reporting and communication to key stakeholders;
- Support Director with financial duties and special projects as needed; and
- Additional tasks as necessary.
Compensation: The compensation range for this position is $40,000 - 165,000.
