Job Description
This position is architecturally focused on design, engineering and deployment as well as providing tier 4 support for Enterprise/ Cloud Networking related software, hardware, applications, databases, and tools. This may include applying domain knowledge and using technical skills to support customers, resolve problems, provide training as required, functional/technical requirements, documentation, estimation, planning, and project management.
Responsibilities :
+ Provide architectural roadmaps for business capability enhancements as well as for growth for the network engineering domain.
+ Regularly deploys, maintains, upgrades, and supports existing Enterprise/ Cloud Networking and related systems to ensure operational stability for business groups.
+ Elicits functional requirements and documents for use by the application development team, the architecture team, and other operational teams.
+ Implements hardware and software changes based on new and existing system requirements.
+ Implement system health monitoring tools and monitors network/ cloud hardware and software systems to ensure that established SLAs are met.
+ Negotiates with vendors to ensure that all system requirements are met in a timely and efficient manner.
+ Keeps abreast of all innovations and changes to AutoZone systems to ensure having the appropriate tools and training to provide quality support.
+ Performs functional / technical requirements gathering, documentation, estimation, planning and project management on mid-size projects or parts of large projects.
+ Assist with hardware procurement following our internal processes.
+ Trains overall team in functional areas, business process, architectural design, roadmaps, etc.
Requirements :
+ Minimum of 15 years of network engineering and 3-5 years with focus on cloud network engineering experience required. (GCP experience is highly desirable)
+ Hands-on experience regarding cloud networking (GCP preferred), understanding of core infrastructure/network services in the cloud, TerraForm, automation, logging/monitoring is required
+ Google Network certification is a big plus
+ Experience with multi-cloud and hybrid data center technologies
+ Experience with Cisco Networking (routers, switches, Meraki APs) infrastructure desirable
+ Expertise of Cisco Viptela SD-WAN
+ Good understanding of Routing protocols like OSPF, EIGRP, BGP, TCP/IP, NAT and security protocols like TACACS/RADIUS
+ Experience with network management systems such as Solarwinds, NetQoS
+ Hands-on experience configuring, deploying, and maintaining Cisco-based networks
+ Requires at least five years' relevant experience based on consistently demonstrated capabilities.
+ CCNP/CCIE preferred
+ Solid problem solving, relevant domain and analytical skills.
+ Ability to communicate effectively with peers as well as executive leadership.
+ Expertise in multiple technical areas.
+ Functional/technical requirements gathering and design documentation.

This Memphis based position is responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of capital improvement projects across the University of Tennessee System. This position manages projects from initial scope development through design, construction, and closeout. The Project Manager ensures that projects are completed in accordance with institutional goals, design and construction standards, applicable building codes, and State Building Commission (SBC) policies. The role involves close collaboration with design professionals, contractors, campus stakeholders, and system leadership to ensure successful project delivery.
Responsibilities
Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
Capital Project Management
- Manage assigned capital projects through all phases including planning, programming, design, procurement, construction, and project closeout.
- Assist in the development of project scopes, budgets, and schedules in collaboration with campus partners and university leadership.
- Review design documents at each phase for quality, alignment with user needs, budget adherence, and constructability.
- Coordinate the procurement process for design and construction services, including preparation of bid documents and evaluation of proposals.
- Monitor construction progress through site visits, inspections, project meetings, and ongoing communication with contractors and consultants.
- Administer project contracts, including processing RFIs, change orders, submittals, pay applications, invoices and state required documents.
- Maintain accurate and thorough project documentation, ensuring records are up to date and compliant with University and State requirements.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects, communicating regularly with campus stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity.
- Collaborate with Campus Facilities Services, User-groups, IT, and other departments to coordinate technical requirements.
- Support campus move-in coordination, operations handoff, and warranty period oversight following project completion.
- Oversee the punch list process and ensure all items are resolved prior to project close.
- Ensure proper delivery of final project documentation including as-built drawings, warranties, operations
manuals, and training materials. - Participate in post-occupancy evaluations to capture lessons learned and support continuous improvement.
Bachelors degree and a minimum of 5 years' experience as a registered professional (architect or engineer) is required.

**A Day in the Life**
This Technical User Support Analyst position will provide support for resolving client technical issues to return the client to productivity as quickly as possible, adhere to service level agreements with Business Units, and lead/implement projects and process improvements.

Duties
- You will develop, coordinate, and approve Echelon II level Information Management (IM)/Information Technology (IT) governance policy plans, processes and organizational structure.
- You will coordinate and manage the documentation of IT processes, instructions, policies and guidance.
- You will write IT specifications for compliance with regulatory procurement processes and procedures.
- You will plan work/projects to be accomplished by non-supervisory subordinates.
- You will define and oversee the implementation of systems and methods to collect, measure productivity (effectiveness and efficiency) of the IMO organization.

Job Description
We are seeking a Head of Security to lead our enterprise-wide cybersecurity strategy, ensuring the protection of digital assets, intellectual property, and operational technologies (OT).
This role will drive security governance, risk management, compliance, and incident response, working closely with IT, Operations, and Legal teams to maintain a best-in-class security posture.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive information security strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Establish and enforce security policies, procedures, and standards to meet industry regulations.
- Advise the CIO and executive leadership on cybersecurity risks, compliance, and security program effectiveness.
- Oversee risk management frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST) and ensure regulatory compliance (GDPR, HIPAA, CCPA).
- Lead security initiatives for OT and Industrial Control Systems (ICS) used in manufacturing processes.
- Ensure secure access control to physical locations via camera monitoring, badges, and digital access systems.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify security threats.
- Lead incident response efforts, including investigation, containment, and remediation.
- Perform root cause analysis on security incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Assess and manage the security of third-party vendors and service providers.
- Negotiate security requirements in contracts and service level agreements (SLAs).
- Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to address regulatory requirements.
- Develop and deliver security awareness training programs for employees.
- Stay current with emerging cybersecurity threats, technologies, and regulatory changes.
- Report security initiatives, risks, and compliance status to the executive team and board of directors.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity (Master's or certifications such as CISSP, CISM)
- 10+ years of experience in information security, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Proven experience securing OT & ICS environments in manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001) and regulatory requirements.
- Expertise in risk management, incident response, and vulnerability management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
