Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Technical Product Support Specialist to join our team in Mossville, IL. This role is responsible for diagnosing and resolving application and technical issues related to software and on-board hardware used by construction industry customers and dealers worldwide. You will play a key role in New Product Introduction (NPI) projects, field support, and issue resolution, while collaborating with global teams and engineering partners to ensure product reliability and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Support NPI projects by completing product support deliverables, including field development and follow-up activities.
  • Execute tasks assigned by Product Service Engineers and coordinate Field Follow objectives.
  • Implement standard support processes to respond to, restore, and resolve customer and dealer issues.
  • Provide hands-on product expertise for problem analysis and Initial Cause Analysis (ICA).

  • Process CPI/CER tickets and communicate status updates to dealers.
  • Maintain a support environment that enables effective diagnostics and customer connectivity.

  • Assist with site network tuning and support Caterpillar demonstration centers.
  • Act as liaison between implementation teams, product development, and support teams to ensure corrective actions and adherence to change management processes.
  • Collaborate with global support analysts across the U.S., Australia, India, and Brazil.
  • Facilitate knowledge transfer and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Must Have:

  • 3–4 years of experience with BSCS, BSME, BSEE or equivalent, or 5–10 years of system troubleshooting experience.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to diagnose complex technical issues.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships across partner organizations.

Additional Qualities:

  • Experience with construction equipment technology solutions.
  • Familiarity with jobsite networking infrastructure.

Qualifications
**License/Certifications:**
+ Driver's License in the State of Illinois Upon Hire
+ MVR must be ran annually Upon Hire
**Education Requirements:**
One of the following:
+ Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology; related field
+ Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) A practical nurse who holds a valid license in the state of practice
+ Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC) Certificate of psychiatric rehabilitation from a DHS-approved program, plus a high school diploma or GED, plus two years' documented experience in providing mental health.
+ Certified Recovery Support Specialist (CRSS) Certified Recovery Support Specialist.
**Other Knowledge/Skills:**
+ Use of usual and customary equipment used to perform essential functions of the position. Ability to delegate wisely, exercise good judgment, maintain good interpersonal relationships, adapt to change, evaluate critically and think creatively. Individual will demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide appropriate care to clients with severe and persistent mental illnesses. Individual will demonstrate effective written and verbal skills allowing communication with physicians, co-workers, other clinic/hospital personnel, as well as the public. Position requires good organizational skills.
Responsibilities
Provide clinically supportive services such as case management, individual interventions, education to individuals with a mental illness
Provides community-based behavioral health services in a residential/group home setting for individuals experiencing behavioral health concerns that interfere with their ability to manage symptoms and impact functioning.
Provides transportation to client as clinically appropriate.
Completes assessment and treatment plan with client. Request consultation, where indicated, in a diligent and timely manner.
Provides crisis assessment and intervention, completes safety plan with client, and follows up with client following crisis situation. Coordinates with Emergency Response Service and other crisis service teams when clinically appropriate.
Provides individual and group services to include, but not limited to, monitoring of daily living activities, assistance maintaining benefits and entitlements, assistance with employment and education, support to manage symptoms, skills training, advocacy for client's rights and preferences, assistance accessing resources, family support, coordination of services and care.
Maintains records in accordance with TrillumPlace policies, as well as state and federal oversight agencies and accreditation agencies including Joint Commission, Medicaid, Medicaid Rehabilitation Option, Illinois Department of Public Health, and Commercial Insurances.
Acts as a liaison and resource between the community and client needs; coordinates treatment goals with community agencies, primary care physicians, court system, and managed-care entities.
