Sono Bello is seeking a dynamic Patient Care Associate (PCA) passionate about aesthetics to join our team. The PCA will act as the secondary sales consultant within the center and assist the lead Patient Care Consultant (PCC) in conducting in-person consultations, guiding patients through the Sono Bello process, and helping them choose procedures that align with their goals.

This role requires a highly motivated and coachable individual who works well in a team environment and can excel in a consultative setting while effectively overcoming objections.
Primary Responsibilities:

• Collaborate daily with the Patient Care Consultant (the center's lead sales consultant) and Area Sales Leader to achieve targets
• Conduct consultations with new and existing patients to understand their goals and coordinate with surgical team members (Doctors) for their next steps
• Educate patients on our approach, procedures, and financing options
• Manage follow-ups with the clinical team and patients to ensure a seamless, positive experience
• Develop and maintain a patient pipeline, including proactive follow-ups with prospective patients
• Lead and inspire your center team to ensure the best possible patient experience

• Prior sales experience or direct exposure to one-on-one consultative selling, especially in aesthetic industries such as plastic or cosmetic surgery, cosmetics, hair restoration, or laser hair removal, is considered a plus
• Ability to quickly build rapport, assess patient needs, and create urgency that drives action
• Excellent interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with patients, physicians, and team members
• Technology proficiency, including MS Office and CRM tools for managing a sales pipeline, running financing, and scheduling, is considered a plus
• Self-starter with strong accountability and motivation to hit and exceed performance targets (KPIs)
• Maintains professionalism and composure under pressure
• Exceptionally organized and able to prioritize competing responsibilities
• Must be available to work the last three business days of the month, per our time off guidelines

Apply Today!Job Summary and QualificationsThe Patient Care Technician (PCT) delivers high quality, patient-centered care by performing a variety of delegated basic patient care services related to common nursing functions and activities of daily living. Under the supervision of the registered nurse (RN), the PCT assists the nursing staff in providing patient care in accordance with the PCT’s skills/training and the needs of the Department, and consistently assists the patient care team with maintaining a clean, well-organized, and safe patient care environment. The PCT complies with all hospital policies/procedures and observes the State Board of Nursing rules for unlicensed personnel.What you will do in this role:Participates in the implementation of nursing care plans by performing direct and indirect patient care under the supervision of the licensed nurse.Obtains and records initial and ongoing patient information throughout the cycle of care, including admissions data, vital signs, height and weight, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, intake and output, calorie counts, and other patient information as outlined by policy.Assists with mobility by regular turning and positioning, dangling, and ambulating patients. Assists with use of walkers, crutches, canes, and wheelchairs. Transfers patients to and from other units, departments, or entities. Assists with discharges. Demonstrates proper body mechanics.Obtains or assists in the collection of specimens for diagnostic or waived tests. Ensures accuracy of all labels and timely transfer of specimen.Assists patients with activities of daily living to include eating and drinking, bathing, shaving, oral care, grooming, and elimination. Key Responsibilities:

• Works with members and providers to close care gaps, ensure barriers to care are removed, and improve the overall member and provider experience through outreach and face-to-face interaction with members and providers at large IPA and/or group practices.
• Serves to collaborate with providers in the field, to improve HEDIS measures and provides education for HEDIS measures and coding.
• Supports the implementation of quality improvement interventions and audits in relation to plan providers.
• Assists in resolving deficiencies impacting plan compliance to meeting State and Federal standards for HEDIS.
• Conducts telephonic outreach, while embedded in the providers' offices, to members who are identified as needing preventive services in support of quality initiatives and regulatory/contractual requirements.
• Provides education to members regarding the care gaps they have when in the providers office for medical appointments.
• Schedules doctor appointments on behalf of the practitioner and assists member with wraparound services such as arranging transportation, connecting them with community-based resources and other affinity programs as available.
• Maintains confidentiality of business and protected health information
