Serves as an Information Assurance and Cloud computing SME with regards to Certification and Accreditation (C&A) and a broad coverage of the application of the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF) standards and guidance as outlined in the NIST Special Publication(s) (SP) 800-53 and 800-37 (Current versions).
**Primary Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Google Cloud Platform (GCP) Service Management
+ The CCS shall maintain current certification as a Certified Cloud Security Professional. Possesses the ability to work independently with substantial cloud computing security knowledge.
+ The assessor must have the essential skillsets to identify, manage and resolve cloud computing security risk and implement "best practices" as applied within a cloud environment (across all of the different deployment and service models, and derivatives).
**Other Duties and Responsibilities**
+ Investigates computer and information security incidents to determine extent of compromise to national security information and automated information systems.
+ Defines security objectives and system-level performance requirements.
+ Researches and stays abreast of tools, techniques, countermeasures, and trends in computer network vulnerabilities.
+ Configures and validates secure systems, tests security products/systems to detect computer and information security weaknesses.
+ Maintains the computer and information security incident, damage and threat assessment programs.
+ Responsible for the formal Security Test and Evaluation (ST&E) required by each government accrediting authority through pre-test preparations, participation in the tests, analysis of the results and preparation of required reports.
+ Involved in the periodic conduct of a review of each system's audits and monitors corrective actions until all actions are closed.
+ Designs, develops, or recommends integrated system solutions ensuring proprietary/confidential data and systems are protected.
+ Involved in the establishment of strict program control processes to ensure mitigation of risks and supports obtaining certification and

**Minimum Qualifications**

**The Role**
In this role, you will be providing technical direction in the creation, delivery, and integration of multiple software solutions, some of which are moderately complex. This involves translating business requirements into specific designs and actively participating in the design, evaluation, and selection of IT solutions tailored to specific business processes. Your expertise will be indispensable in ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of these solutions. Moreover, as part of your responsibilities, you will be tasked with establishing both current and future practices, metrics, and methodologies to determine the most suitable solutions. **Location**
This is a remote opportunity open to candidates located anywhere in the U.S.
**The Main Responsibilities**
+ Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM), specializing in Convergent Invoicing (CI), Convergent Mediation (CM), and FI-CA (Contract Accounts Receivable and Payable).
+ Lead the design, implementation, and configuration of BRIM solutions in RISE with SAP and SAP NS2-hosted environments, ensuring compliance with federal security and regulatory requirements.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate BRIM components with SD, CRM, FI/CO, and external billing systems.
+ Develop and optimize end-to-end BITs data processing, billing, invoicing, and FICA document management processes aligned with business needs.
+ Provide guidance on data mediation, migration, conversion, and cutover strategies for BRIM components including CI, Convergent Mediation, and FI-CA.
+ Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and monitoring of BRIM solutions in cloud-hosted environments (RISE and NS2).
+ Conduct functional and technical workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system designs.
+ Develop documentation, configuration guides, and knowledge
